Three banners needed. Size needed are 220×300 (landing page), 191×65(top of navigation), and 700×100(Header banner). Use the attached image as a guideline and then do a variation for the other two. Important is the 220×300 banner. The city and state text must phase in when the page loads up and must be able to change at will so I can manually change to other city and states as needed.
