I need a flash banner similar to www(dot)wgyates(dot)com

I would like one Flash banner ad created, and one static banner (preferably jpg). The static version will simply be one of the frames of the Flash banner.

Attached to here is roughly what I would like the static banner to look like (minus the watermark). I realize it looks amateur, but that’s the way I like it

The Flash banner animation will be about 2.5 or 3 seconds long. It will simply be the first 2.5 – 3 seconds of the following video (ending on whichever frame the model’s smile is at its best / most natural):

I’ll obtain the video above in 320 x 180 format. You’ll have to crop it horizontally so that it is 300 px wide. I do not want it cropped or shrunk vertically (the height should remain at 180, with the banner headline above that)

As you can see at the above URL, I can either obtain the video in MOV, MP4, or WMV format. You’ll have to let me know which is best for this project (all are 25 fps).

The Flash ad must comply with Google’s guidelines for Flash ads, which can be found here (the clickTAG code must be implemented exactly as specified): http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/static.py?page=guidelines.cs&topic=9274&subtopic=9296

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS:

- Banner dimensions are 300 x 250.
- The static banner must be 30 kb or less.
- The Flash banner must be 50 kb or less (ideally 30 kb or less if this can be done without noticeably sacrificing quality).

Please provide links to other Flash animations that you have done (preferably animated banner ads). Perfectly fluent English is a big bonus.

For professionals and experienced designer only. I need a dynamic banner/flyer for a nonprofit in 3 separate sizes:

1. 242 X 242 pixels
2. 3.5 x 2 pixel
3. 350 x 350 pixel
4. Skyscrapper

I am looking for somebody that is very creative with flash animation.

I need a flash banner for a freight company that specialices in door to door delivery.

The message I want the banner to send is this:

1.
The customer calls the freight company and asks them to pick up a package from somewhere in the world.

2.
The freight company picks up the package and sends it back via Seafreight/Airfreight.

3.
The freight company takes care of all the tax paper work and delivers the package to customers door where customer receives package happily.

I want the freight companies logo and colors to be implemented in the animated Car/Airplane/Freight boat etc….

We need a very simple flash banner. We already have the design made in photoshop with all layers and just need it functional in flash. We need it to look and function in a very similar fashion to this one (herbalife.com). Please review and bid, I would like to see your work to be able to select the best bidder. It needs to be a very light .swf file and not to big so it does not take to long to load.

I need a flash banner that has a timed totation throiugh a series of fouyr slides, exactly like the top-centre flash banner on http://www.newbingobilly.com/ does (I can get this flash file itself if it’ll speed up the project), then we need to do the flash animations for the four frames. Simple text/illustartions, again not totally unlike what you see on newbingobilly.com.
