Looking to see what the cost and lead time would be to develop a relatively simple app for an Automotive Group. Ideally, the app would have two functions:

1) Be able to offer a searchable interface of the inventory fed to our website. A web version of a search tool is:

- Top keywords for both sites must be identified and used in links
- All links should be free and NOT paid links.
- PR1 to PR3 One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted
- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)

Please provide us with file in excel/csv format with the Site Url, posted LINK Url, Date submitted, Date accepted, Number of links on page, cache details and google’s Page Rank of each site you have added a link to.
