Most of the coding of the app is already done by myself.

I am looking for a programmer that can setup an automated system that will take our ever growing library of videos (that are already uploaded and displayed on our website) and convert all these videos so they can also be viewed on all major mobile devices like iphone, ipad, android and blackberry phones.

I am looking for a programmer that has experience in working with mobile video formats and someone that can show me proof of other video projects you have worked on in the past. I will give preference to someone who has Wowza server experience as I already have this installed on my server, however I am open to all suggestions on how this process can be achieved in the most optimum, logical and cost effective manner.

From what I have researched, it appears that I would first need to have all the videos transcoded through a service like encoding(dot)com and then use their API to batch transcode all my existing flv video files. Once we have the files transcoded then I need to automatically upload them to the web so that the browser can automatically identify which mobile device is viewing the site and automatically deliver the correct video format to the viewer so they can view the video from their mobile phone.

When each new video is uploaded to our existing site I would need for all these new videos to automatically be transcoded and uploaded to the web so that they can also be viewed by all mobile devices.

I have an image rotator at www.cereno.co.uk that needs to be customised. There are five grey boxes underneath the large image. At the moment the rotator is not working. Before it would automatically scroll through the images. But I’m looking to have it automatically scroll through the images with about 5 seconds between each image. I would also like to be able to change this time if required.

Currently when someone hovers over a grey image the photos change I still want to keep this functionality. Also when someone clicks on a grey box a pop up appears and moves the user to another page. I would like to keep this functionality too.

So all I would like is to have it so that the images change automatically. It used to rotate automatically but I had it customised so that users could hover over the images. It cost me $15 dollars to get this functionality so I’m not expecting a huge bid.

I have had to repost this project due to the previous programmer seems to have lost interest in it.

I am about to launch an ADULT site, however I need someone to create a site where my users can submit their payment details (credit cards) and then these details are saved on the system. Staff are then notified of the pending transaction, and log into the site and process it.

We have an offline eftpos machine, which will do all the actual processing of the cards – so the site is really just being used as a secure environment for the card details to be stored.

In addition to this, we would like to also offer our customers the option of being able to deposit funds directly into our bank account. So this would mean, that each transaction is automatically given a reference number, and the customer is provided with the bank details for this to occur. They are then told to use the reference number as a note on their bank deposit so that it can easily be tracked.

I would ideally be hoping for the back end to look similiar to a shopping cart’s control panel – eg, see all the transactions on the screen, and simple click approve/decline on each transcation as we process it, and also provide some notes on it.
The customer would then automatically be emailed of the update to their transaction.

Extra interest would be given to programmers who are willing to link it into our actual adult site – eg, when we approve someones transaction of $20, it automatically credits their account by $20 on the site.

There doesnt need to be anything fancy. Just a place where they can login and create a new job listing with the following details:

After they create the listing, and click “Submit” that information automatically goes on their website as a simple text file. There will not be anything else needed.
