Need Cache For Auto Inventory

Site is slow. Auto inventory is included using php from a third party server. I need to wget the pages or cache them some other way so that they are accessable on the local server. The local pages need to be included on the site in the same manner as I am including from the other server now.

Magento Auto Inventory Export

Hello Magento Masters

I need a script for Magento that I can run by Cron or add to existing cron that will export inventory as a CSV and then FTP the file to another server. Maybe you already have it?

Scripts must be very well commented so I can integrate myself. This could be an extension/module, up to you, please specify.
