I need to have a simple form developed for authorize.net to run on my joomla site. I will use the standard form in my account but I need to add one additional custom field that reads “Player Name” for my baseball tournaments registration. This is so that I know the name of the player in case the credit card purchaser is different. You will need to develop the form and send to me. As this is sensitive information you will need to tell me where to install any additional files on my server as I do not want to give out my api key etc. If you are familiar with authorize.net you will understand how to do this.

I am in need of a module to connect the Joomla Car Manager program from WebFormatique (http://webformatique.com/car-manager.html) to Authorize.net using the SIM method
Car Manager is a car rental software for Joomla and Authorize.net is an online payment system.
WebFormatique does not currently have a method of connecting to Authorize.net (they only do PayPal), but they have assured me that the portion of the software that would need modification is not protected by their IonCube protection
