Looking for a prototype in C# of an LDAP server that only needs to allow simple BIND authentication. It would be a sockets application that would allows users to authenticate with standard LSAP clients to this service. For the prototype, usernames and passwords could be hard coded.

This system should allow for multiple businesses to set-up a Company Group that holds company members with different Administrative privileges. Admin page needs to be contructed with a datagrid that shows a LIST of Company users. The company admin person can also add and edit users from this area. I will be the only SuperAdmin.

The project is to enable a paywall (captive portal) solution for the danted socks proxy on linux. This means users who want to use the proxy will automatically be shown a page where they will need to enter an access code or token (which they can buy using mobile payment). The token can give them access for 1 day or 1 week or 1 month. This needs to be done in a similar way to captive portals that run on wi-fi hotspots, except this will be running on a socks proxy server.

Looking for a python programmer, who is able to create a WSGI authentication/authorization middleware in front of a GIS mapping application preferably using repoze.who and repoze.what.

The user credentials are held in a mysql database. The authorization tables too. The authentication middleware has to authenticate users, remember them for the session, forget them at the end of session.

On the authorization side the middleware has to check certain incoming GET parameters (layers and map extent) to a standard Web Mapping Service (WMS) and change parameters or reject the request according to user data held in mysql. The validation criteria: if he has valid subsciption to the service and if he has right to retrieve the area he asked for.

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience with WSGI python application, repoze.who or similar middleware technologies in python.

Objective: To complement a Voice authentication application to the existing Skype application through Skype APIs.

Programmin Language: Java, MS Access or SQL as a database to store vocie samples.

The voice authentication application would be text dependant. The user will be asked to speak out a phrase or a text (Example: My name is John). The very first time the user calls no authentication takes place. This is the time user enrolls for authentication. The next time the same user calls this is when authentication takes place.

The voice authentication application would be able to take into considerations certain changes in the user’s behavioural and emotional features. An acceptance threshold should be set to accept the user as a legitimate user if the voice samples satisfies the threshold value. Also these changes in the voice samples (only if they satisfy the threshold value) for a particular user should be stored in the database as an additional samples that can be used with the earlier sample taken the first time the user called. So the database of voice samples may have multiple voice samples againt one user. This is how the database gets updated for changes in the vocie samples. So the next time authentication is to be done for the same user the application will check against multiple samples to find a match.

The authnetication application will check whether voice samples for a particulr user exists or not. If the samples exist than at the time of authentication it will check the voice samples only againt that user rather than checking the whole database of voice samples.

Working: User “A” calls User “B”. User “A” wants to check whether user “B” is really “B” or not. User “A” clicks the authenticate button on his skype application. Skype application on User “B” prompts User “B” to speak out a text. User “B” speaks the displayed text and clicks the “ok” button.

The code should be written with full comments that makes understanding of the code easy. Also please explain how the code will be executed. Which files to execute first, where to keep the database and which commands to use to execute the database. Please do not get the code from the internet. You can get the algorithm from the internet and implement your own code.

AWS Amazon Signed Authentication

I need experienced AWS coder in PHP to fix an existing script. You must be experienced to bid.

I had a server-side script written in PHP to fetch all data fields and information for any category in Amazon’s product database. This PHP script uses the AWS available to developers and is used in 1000′s of sites and apps

The Fetch routine from AWS requires sending the account ID# and Secret Key to combine for a Signed Authentication. Once accepted then Amazon allows you to fetch the data.

It was working fine after Amazon required signed authentication for data fetch this year on 15 August 2009.

Now the script is hung up when the fetch page is fired by cron job. IT will not fetch the data. The fetch routine fails and gives the error codes and then loops back to try again, ultimately timing out and stopping.

The coder has done a disappearing act, so I need to hire a new PHP coder with complete experience using Amazon AWS and the signed authentication protocols to look at the script and fix the problem.

The source code for the script is all open and commented fully. I can give you the code and full explanation of how it works . The fetch page can be fired manually in a browser to see the messages from the fetch routine.

We want to require our WordPress users to authenticate to the site with their Facebook Connect or OpenID account but don’t want to create user accounts on the back-end for various reasons. Rather, we just want users to authenticate via FB Connect or OpenID and that will allow them to post comments; they won’t actually be registered as a user on the blog by “logging in” we kind of just want to lower the signal to noise ratio on comments by creating a gateway of authentication…

RPXNow (www.rpxnow.com) is a service which enables content providers to access a single API through which authentication for multiple identity providers can be used.

We’re looking to modify the RPX Now WordPress plugin (http://rpxwiki.com/WordpressPlugin ) so that instead of creating a user on the WordPress side upon successful authentication, a cookie is dropped which siginifies that the user is “logged in” to the blog. The cookie will also contain the name and email info that would be used to fill out the WordPress comment form so that the form is prepopulated for logged in users.

The deliverables for this project are 1) a customized version of the WP RPXNow plugin which instead of creating a users on the WP backend upon succesful authentication simply sets a cookie which signifies that the user is logged in, the cookie should also contain the name and email info that would be used to fill out the WordPress comment form so that the form is prepopulated for logged in users 2) updated comment.php and header.php which contains Javascript to check for the existence of the cookie and if it exists, displays the comment form for a user to comment and if the cookie does not exist, prompts a user to “Login” using their FB Connect or OpenID etc.

Here is what I want:

User loads the page that used JW PLAYER. User is then prompted with a username and password. This info is then sent to a php page to check it against the vBulletin mySQL database to see if it in the CORRECT USERGROUP to view the stream. If it is, it sends TRUE to the main.asc file (Used by flash media server 3.5) and allows the user to view the video on the stream. False.. doesnt allow… Also i would like it to check for duplicate users, if there are more than 1 users watching with the same account, it should not allow them. (rejected)

Hi, I would like it so when someone views a live stream (I am using Flash Media Streaming Server 3.5), Once they press PLAY It will ask them for a username and password… When they enter it and press ok… It will call a php file on the website that will check if the SQL database if they are in the correct usergroup to view the stream. (vBulletin)

make sure u can edit jw player to ask for a username and password as well as make the authentication code in Flash media server (main.asc)

I want users who are already authenticated to be able to log into PHPbb version 2 when they click a button.

I need the phpbb files modified so that i can pass a username to a PHP and it will automatically log them in as that user. I do not want to have to maintain passwords within phpbb anymore.

you will not be working live on my server, this will be done on your server, then the modified file(s) uploaded to me which contains the revised/new code.

Very simple – I have a game that I am trying to get on Facebook right now. The application is already set up in Facebook, I just need someone who’s experienced in Facebook integration to change my code so that it works (see attachments for flow):

a) checks if the user is already registered.
b) creates the user in the DB if they are not already registered.
c) sets the PHP session to show that they are logged in.
d) redirects them to the game as a ‘logged in user’, with all relevant information.
e) if ever the system logs them out for being idle, they will get automatically logged back in when they hit ‘continue’ .

I have most of this working, it just doesn’t work when someone first authorizes the application. I think it’d take an hour or less for someone who knows what they’re doing.

There’s potentially a bigger project ahead for anyone who can help with this. At the moment I just want a quick grass roots “get my application working in Facebook” solution, but next month I’ll probably be looking for someone to optimize & debug my other code… (as you can probably tell, I’m not really a coder).

I am looking for a custom script/software for my website. I am looking for a website authentication schema. Here are the requirements:

1. Generate a unique UID and PWD that will work for a web page.
2. The unique credentials will only work once.
3. If the wrong credentials are entered it will land to an informational web page.
4. Information will be captured for successful log in e.g. name, number, email.
5. An administrator will be notified when the credentials were used and web page was accessed.
6. Amount of time logged in would be helpful but not a requirement.
7. I would like to distribute this for at least 6 web pages all with unique administrators, credentials, and webpage’s.
8. I would like to host the pages on my SWH account with GoDaddy, however this is not an absolute requirement.
