We are looking to develop an AR tool for a community of JEWELRY
artists. The AR tool (as we call it) will be integrated within the
community website but we will also provide each artist with an “embed
code” which they can use on their own website as well (obviously only
showing their own collection). More generally we’d like the tool to be

im looking for a partner who can help us with augmented reality apps. We have a lot of business for this but we dont have the technology.

in first case i need help with the following project:

For a glasses manufacturer we want to have an app where a user sits before the webcam and sees himself in the screen.

then he selects a pair of glasses and they are projected ONTO the user. So we see the user with a layer of glasses above it.

Thats not so hard, the hard part is this:

The user can move his head a little to the left or the right and then the glasses move with them. So they can see how the glasses look from the side a little too, like they are actually wearing them.

Im really curious if anybody can do this. I’ve seen it before, so i know its possible.

This bid is for creating an application in both Iphone and Android formats; the general outline, is an Augmented Reality app that would use the phone camera, and GPS, to locate the user, and locate other users that had sign up to the same app.

That is:
-Once installed the user should create an account an enter some data into his/her profile (picture, so on)
-Once connected, his location would be uploaded continuously to a server;
-The server would keep track of all the users that are connected at a given moment and their GPS coordinates;
-Those locations would be superposed to the “real world” in the augmented reality GUI, so that if the user is in a crowded space, he could point his phone camera to the crowd and easily identify who of all those people is connected using this same application, and access to their profiles.

The project consists of the following requirements:

1. Uses FLARToolKit
2. Loads Video flv files
3. Can display different videos for different markers
4. QR code on card
5. Video or Markers can Easily be changed in the code area (xml file)

The SWF file is created and placed on a website.

When the marker with QR code is placed in front of a webcam, the swf file will load the proper XML file which would have the Video FLV for that Business card.

Lots of free FLARToolKit and AR code out there put we need a simple solution to store QR Codes and load them for different markers placed in front of webcam.

We are looking for a developer to create an augmented reality application for the iPhone. The app will need to function much the same as ARToolkit (or even USE ARToolkit if you like) for iPhone using images to initiate 3d content overlays over the iphone camera feed. We will supply the 3D animated content. Ideally, we don’t want the application to require the use of glyphs (black & white random shapes contained within border). Instead, we’d like the app to read specific detailed color images/text you’d find already in magazines, books, etc.

The 3d Content must be able to be animated, much like this but without the need of the easily identifiable glyph shape:

The 3d content we will be supplying will be relatively simple. 3d spheres and basic polygon shapes. The 3d we will be supplying will be animated (in FBX format, let us know if something else works better for you).

Basic concept:
1. Player ‘pieces’ are controlled by tilting the gameboard (actual paper with icon). When gameboard tilts, pieces slide according to physics.
2. Targets are randomly positioned across gameboard. The goal is to slide pieces and make them come into contact with targets. Points are scored based on number of ‘tags’.
3. Obstacles are randomly located on board as well. These will stop pieces or make them have to go around. there needs to be a sense of ‘physics’ to these interactions.
4. Player ‘pieces’ can fall off the game board. when they do, they are gone.
5. When all pieces have either tagged all targets or fallen off the board the round is over.
