Facebook Events – Grab Attendees

July 30th, 2011 Comments off

Hi

I got a facebook event with attendees over 230 000 members. It will be wiped out in a few days, and I wanted to move them to a new group that they “thought” they were part of. Since mistake was that we started an event rather than a group.. bad move.

How can we grab them all on a list or, msg them somehow .. as facebook locked the event due to it being older than 5 days.

Course Registration In Joomla

June 28th, 2011 Comments off

I want the Joomla website to function as follows -

1. Site visitors will click on ‘Courses’ in the menu and able to see listing of courses.
2. Site visitor will then choose the course and choose number of attendees (default 1) and click on ‘Register’ button.
3. Next screen (or form below) will collect Name, Course Name, No of attendees and Message.
4. Next screen will show Paypal where they will login to Paypal and pay or enter their CC info.
5. Upon completion they will come back to merchant site. At this point, site owner will get email saying someone has registered for a course and site visitor will get an email confirming the course selected.
6. Site owner should be able to login and see (and print) on one page, course name and list of paid attendees.

Optional -
1. Site owner should be able to cancel the course and all registered attendees will get an email about cancellation of course. Site owner will manually refund via his Paypal.

Absolutely Mandatory -
1. If you are suggesting using Virtuemart or similar product, it should be absolutely be cleaned up to function as a course/event registration process and not as a typical out of the box ‘Add to Cart’ looking site.

Notes -
1. If you don’t understand or have questions, ask before you bid!
2. We are looking for quality programming. No inexperienced bids please.
3. Show me samples of work you have done somewhat similar to this outline.
4. You will not be paid and your work will not be accepted for shoddy programming.
5. Timelines should be firm. If you say 5 days, we mean 5 days. If you say 7 and deliver sooner, excellent. If you say 5 and deliver in 10, you will lose $20 per day in late fees.

Webinar Attendees Wanted

March 9th, 2010 Comments off

I need 1,000 targetted sign-ups for a webinar on how to run webinars for profit, which I’m holding on Tuesday March 16th.

Webinar details/sign up are at http://www.success-webinars.com

Sign-ups should be small businesses/entrepreneurs who want to increase sales or make new business and who are prepared to pay for training (product price is $1.5k).

I do not want freebie seekers and tyre kickers.

I will pay on the basis of the number of sign-ups, NOT visitors. Please suggest how you will track/prove the number of sign-ups attributable to you.

PLEASE BID A PRICE PER 100 SIGN-UPS.

Bidders should provide details of similar work completed by them.

Birthday Invitation & Rsvp

August 26th, 2009 Comments off

We need to have a component built that is similar to the Evite system but for a personal website.

- Component must be resizable to fit into any site

It must have the following:
- allow users to login with a username and password
- create an event that includes the details, address, a map to the event location (google maps is preferred so the attendees can get driving directions from the map). All events will be from One location only.
- Ability to upload a document for a gift registry.

Invitiation Creation (should follow the Punchbowl.com invitation creation section for flow)
- add in their guest list (attendees will be sent a confirmation email)
- The organizer will select from pre-made invites & have to ability to add adornments(we must have the ability to upload these as we need them and this needs to be fairly simple to access. Only one will be provided for the project)See punchbowl for the main idea
- Change the background color of their invitation
- Ability to manage the Font type, color and size

THEN
- the attendees are sent an email where they can confirm or deny their attendance (which would be automatically updated on the website for the organiser to see)
- The organiser can change and/or update details of the party
- The organiser will be able to view the RSVP details of who can/cannot attend.
- the organizer will have the ability to cancel the event if something happens

- This component must be flexible to be integrated into an already existing site.

- Design must be kidfriendly and have the a similar happy feel like
- The Organizer administration side must be easy to use via a web browser (no additional software should be required)
- The backend for uploading components to the site must be simple enought to use via a web browser (no additional software should be required)
