We need a design like the attached. We need to change the name and the tagline, but keep the rest of the same quality. this design must be created newly, no image elements can be used from the sample design.

I want you to change the design of this client to make it look like MSN chat window
You should also make it support MSN smilies

If you are creative and believe that you can make me a better interface feel free to do so, If I liked it I will give you bonus but if I didn’t like it you are still committed to make an interface that looks exactly like MSN chat window without any extra charge
