Joomla Ask & Answer Extention

I need a simple extention module (or modify / adapt an exsisting extension)for Joomla 1.5.
The top of the page will be a place to input name and email and question. When users hit submit buttom it is them emailed to me.
Under the ‘submit question’ section need to be a list of all questions asked (paginated.
ther needs to be a search field for users to search past questions.
Either a modified FAQ or Ask & Answer script in a Joomla wrapper or mofified exsisting Joomla 1.5 extention.
I have searched and can not find anything that will do what I want.
I have an excellent (exactly what I want) version of this in my Cre Loaded site which I can show you – I now need the same in my Joomla site.
