First, I want a carousel type of player, similar to an ipod when you turn it sideways. It will show the song playing, the next two songs and the two previous songs.

The player will show the image that the artist has uploaded for his album, it will also display the artists name, album name, and the song name that is playing. Clicking the artists name will open a new tab and take you to the artists page.

The player will stream music by genre in a random order and display the genre that it is streaming at the bottom of the page.

The player will include the database function of liking a song, the website already does this on the artists and album page.

The player will include links to “like” the song on the users facebook and twitter. This will post the link back to the music player that will play the song that the user liked.

The player will have a buy it now button that will open a new tab and take you to the artists page where you can purchase the song.
The player will have a “random” genre that will play music from all genres in a random order.

The player will include a link to a “pop out” music player. This player will be directly linked to the database and very small. Its functionality will include the ability to select a genre, a play, pause, next and previous button, and the websites like function. This player will display the picture the artist has uploaded as well as display the artist name, the album name, and song name. Clicking on the artist name will open a web page and take you directly to the artists page.

I have rather an exciting project here if you guys are interested in Music and Podcasting.

Anyway this is a personal project of mine. 6 months ago i setup an exclusive podcasting website to promote exclusive house music mixes across the world. The site has become a huge success over the last 6 months, and in the month of december we had over 30,000 visitors.

The site has been developed using WordPress, and is using a plugin called “PowerPress” to deliver the podcasts. The template has been purchased as a complete package, which im prepared to have changed.

Ideally i would like to convert the site into a Magazine style of website keeping the existing colours and design elements if possible.

The situation is, its time to take the website to the next level and provide more interaction for our visitors but to also expand into new area’s.

The site is fairly clean, and works well but we would like to implement a number of new features to the website.

1 – Better visitor profiles i.e. pictures and brief biogs
2 – Ability for registered visitors to only be able to podcast the shows. If the visitor is not registered they can only listen to the shows on the site.
3 – More advertising spaces across the site.
4 – Making the navigation more simpler

6 – The ability for artists to submit their own tracklistings via the admin pages. i.e. Individual artists will be set to a new user level to accomodate this.
7 – A list of scrolling members who have registered to the website

Other features we would like to have on the home page specifically are the following:

3 – Interviews
4 – Latest Charts
5 – Events

At the moment any post we add to the site, whether it being a podcast or an event comes up with Podcast and itunes subscribe features. The way we have added competitions, and interviews is a bit messy and ideally i would like to improve this. The same applies to the Artists page.

The key thing we need to do is to keep the SEO aspect of the site intact. Our SERP are doing exceptionally well within Google at the moment.

We love the existing template, but would be prepared to make some changes to this to accommodate any new features and improved functionallity.

Looking for something very similar to mp3va.com, however should be able to have a 5-10 second preview of each song, and a digg style rating for each mp3.

would also like to include profile pages for artists, which would include links, blogs, and an area for upcoming shows, with a social networking share link next to the each event listing, as well as digg style ratings.

The main page would have a sidebar which would display 2 feature rotating paid events(That artists can pay to advertise), as well as the 5 most popular upcoming events listed(free) by digg ratings.

There should also include a rotating featured artist section on the main page, which would also be paid.

All payments to artists for commissions should be paid automatically through paypal.

This is a fairly straight forward project requiring little technical knowledge. I want you to go through this list:

For each artist name, I want you to search for 1x image on google. The image must be high resolution [1-5mb+ prefered]. It must be high resolution/not be watermarked/look professional. For example, images like:

These can be found by using google search, and in advanced options, clicking ‘Larger than: 2/4mp. If there are limited images, nothing smaller than 600kb, but only use such a small size as the last resort [the larger, the better].

Once you find a suitable image, save it with a neat file name [i.e. theartistsname.jpg]. The file name should have no spaces, only use the alphabet [abc] and numbers [123], don’t use capitals.

Once you have saved the image, open an excel document [template attached]. One collum is for the <b> artist name + keywords [see below] </b> and one is for the image file name. In the image file name collum section copy and paste what the image was saved as [i.e. theartistname.jpg]. Make sure you include the .jpg extension.

In the Artist Name with Keywords section, there is a character limit of 55 [including spaces]. THIS LIMIT SHOULD NEVER BE EXCEEDED. Use captitals in this section where required [i.e. Artist Name should be Captitals 'Coldplay, Beyonce, 30 Seconds to Mars' etc].

The steps for to fill out the 55 characters:

1) The artist/band name i.e. Tool
2) Followed by the word ‘poster’ i.e. Tool Poster
3) + relevant keywords to fill up the remaining character limit. i.e. Tool Poster [Aenima Danney Carey Sober Opiate Salival]

Other suitable examples:

30 Seconds to Mars Poster [A beautiful Lie Jared Leto]
A Perfect Circle Poster [aMOTION Maynard Keenan]

If you need additional keyword, look under the “Top Songs” heading and copy and paste the song with the lowest number.

If a suitable image cannot be found, simply move onto the next artist/band [please work your way through from #1, #2, #3 etc onwards]. Please only skip an artist if no high quality images are available [this should not happen/not happen often].

Complete website design. Artist Directory Website for doll makers with ecommerce feature that allow for PayPal payments.
Members Pages where after a member signs up they will be taken to a template page where they can add their profile photo, info about themselves, photos of their projects and items for sale. All member pages should be uniform and look the same. That is, have the same template where all of the information is in the same spot for every member. Member pages should be a single page for each member. They should be able to click on the template to add text or photos where indicated. Not where they want to in order to keep uniformity throughout the entire site.
All member pages should have Artists Name, profile photo, web address, contact info, place for photos, rss feed and bookmark links, a spot to post a video, and items for sale section. Almost like a social network layout but without all of the friend invites and posts.

Members Directory Page where all members are displayed and have their profile photo as well as their talents or service. Example: dolls, paintings, etc. When a visitor clicks on a profile photo in the members directory they are taken to that artist’s page. When artist signs up they must upload a image to be displayed as a thumbnail on the directory. This directory have a search field to locate artist by name or talent. They should also be organized by category according to what type of artist they are. Example: Clay Dolls, Cloth Dolls, etc. Will provide detailed list of Directory Categories.
Store Front Section where all items that are listed for sale in members page are automatically listed in site’s store front where site makes a commission off every sales. If possible, 10% of all sales (excluding shipping) would be deposited into site’s PayPal account. That is if an artists sells an item for $100 + shipping a payment of $90 + shipping cost would go to the artist and a payment of $10 would go to the site. If this is not possible to set up automatically we can work it another way if necessary.
Membership Fees will be charged so when an artists signs up they need to choose a plan and pay through PayPal. There will be 3 different payment plans: Monthly, Yearly and One Time Payment.
Tutorial Section where artists can post tutorials by category. Visitors should have the ability to search the tutorials . Contest Entry where artists can enter photos of their artwork to be judged and the winner is awarded a prize. Artist must pay to enter this contest. I have a multilanguage oscmax (oscommerce bts) shop installed, and transformed into a gallery, which shows artists (manufacturers) and paintings (products).
Accounts and purchase options are disabled, just artists and their paintings.

1. I need an artists (manufacturers) page, to show all artists alphabetically, with a break after each letter.

2. The artist’s page should look like link 1 in the attached file.
The previous/next buttons should load the paintings and information with ajax without reloading the page.
Artist has to have a bio option, edited from admin.
If a link has no data, it should not be displayed (like artist bio, exhibitions, etc…)

3. There should be an exhibitions page which shows the current exhibition, with current, past and upcoming sections, and it should look like link 2 in the attached file.
with the exhibition image next to each one.
The exhibitions have to have a video option.

4. All links should be rewritten with htaccess to show correct manufacturer name in url for paintings (products), artists (manufacturers) and exhibitions.

I am the owner of a web page for artists. I need a programmer who can take a basic web page that I have created in Joomla and set up the more technical aspects of the site. I have created a basic site with a Joomla template but need more advanced functionality. I am ready to move forward with this project immediately and would like it done in a fairly short time frame.

The basic idea of my website is that art galleries can come to my site and fill out a form that describes an opportunity for artists (call for entry, art contests, etc.). I need to be able to manage this information as it is submitted and make it available to artists who subscribe to my website.

I need the following funtionality added to this site:

1- I need to be able to have people register on my site, pay with a credit card, and then have immediate access to a portion of the site that is only available to paid customers. This must be a very streamlined process. Subscribers need to be able to log in and manage their account details also, such as updating an email address. I need the ability to manage subscription rates for a 1 or 2 year subscription and also for a few alternative subscription options. They will need to check a box that states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of site use. Upon a successful payment, the system will activate the membership and will send a confirmation email to the new member so that they can log in immediately.

2- A site visitor will be able to submit an event/opportunity. The form will collect their organization name, their full name, phone number, email address, full physical address, opportunity title, due date, type (drop-down), awards value, web page address, web address for their prospectus, a picture or logo(jpeg) that represents their event and a full description. The system will save the opportunity in a pending queue for admin review that will allow me to edit them and make them live in the portion of the web page for paid subscribers. (as a note: I have already created a form with the RSForms! module that allows galleries to submit information about their art contests, you could work off this or create a new form). I need the ability to view items being submitted, edit them, and then make them live on the web page.

3- I need to make it so that artists who subscribe to my website can view these event submissions, potentially 1000+ listings. I would like for each individual subscriber to be able to sort these listings by date, type, $ amount, location and other key subcategories. A search function would also be very nice. The system will return a listing of all those that matched the given criteria, organized by date with the newest at the top. The listing will show full information for the opportunity.

4- I need to include a standard

A client of mine needs a price quote for a new Online Radio website for underground local music. He wants the site to be done in flash and has already created a functional front end interface that just needs some modifications and polishing up, and of course the actual programing to get everything working as it should.

Here are the requirements for the project:

PHASE 1:

Site has a tab with live streaming music with a few stations such as “Rock”; “Hip Hop”; “R&amp;B”; “Soul”; “Pop”, etc. This section needs a full admin backend where the site admin can administer all aspects of this such as adding radio stations, deleting radio stations, and scheduling time slots for shows etc. The stations must have the ability to play live streams from a particular source which should also be administrable from the backend.

Site also has a regular music player organized into different categories and artists and genres. This is a non live music player where users can select music to play. This must be administrable through a backend so that the admin can add music and categories through a control panel.

Throughout the website there must be a stats system in place. The site will keep track of how many times each song is listened to per day by unique ip addresses. Once 1000 listens is reached or a number specified by the admin through the backend, the artist will be contacted with special promotions etc.

There will also be sections fo DJ’s and Artists with a selecion of their music to listen to as well as links to buy there album (off site) and links to the artist’s home page. This must all be administrable thought a CMS backend.

Site must have user registration, and it would be nice to allow users to “bookmark” favourite songs and stations.

Site must also have applications for Artists and DJ’s. They will register for the site for user accounts and if they are accepted by the site admin they will be emailed a password where they can then log into a control panel to add their music and content where applicable around the site.

Site must support banners and advertisements manageable through the backend control panel.

PHASE 2:

Once the site is out of beta testing, Phase 2 will be to get it to all function as a application on smart phones such as the iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobil and Android.

This step will however come separate and I would like a separate price for the two phases.

3) there will be another button on the menu called articles , appearance does matter to me a lot , i want to have articles organized by dates , but not like WEBLOG joomla deafult appearance , it depends on you how to make it easy for user to have access to articles.

4) another button on the top menu is VIDEO , redirect user to a page with video player ability to show both embeded and my direct videos from my root folder, my main concern in this part is a WELL Organized video library.

5) I need a top chart of 10 best songs in 3 different genre in first page.

Keep in mind :

1st) ALL THE LINKS SHOULD BE ORGANIZED , that means for example , i should be able to post an article to show in first HOME pages slideshow as newsflash show , when user click on that , he will be redirected to that artists specific page of artist page to download that mp3.

2nd) Apperance customization of the template is not that heavy , just some basic color changing &amp; it can be done by me if ure not that into it .

3rd) most of the popular joomla ready extensions are also needed , like socialnetworking bookmarks on items( mp3s,artists , videos, articles ) , commenting on items , forum , invite friends to join from facebook and etc.
