I need a program that can place music audio/songs in a flash banner. I currently have this capability with html banners however alot of adservers will not accept html as an ad type but they will accept .swf files. Ultimately, I need the program to output a final .swf file. For an example of how the current html banners look take a look at these banners:

As you can see, these are html banners and they can play multiple songs. I would like my .swf file to be able to do the same. I am not sure the best way to do this in .swf. If .swf has a pulldown that would be great if not a Play button as seen here would also be fine:

The final size of the output .swf file must be 50K or less (including the music). The program must be able to make the files in all of the following formats:
* 250 x 250 Square
* 200 x 200 Small Square
* 468 x 60 Banner
* 728 x 90 Leaderboard
* 300 x 250 Inline Rectangle
* 336 x 280 Large Rectangle
* 120 x 600 Skyscraper
* 160 x 600 Wide Skyscraper
The program must be able to take a song from a mp3 format and be able to convert/play it in the .swf file.

To review the program must output a final .swf file that
1.) can play music.
2.) can encode the music to be played from a mp3 file that I will provide
3.) be able to play multiple songs (i know this may impact file size), but I can host the songs on my site www.artistdiscovery.com if that is possible with .swf flash to reference look at my website to make the total file size small.
4.) Have a play, pause, next, stop button
5. Be able to insert the player functionality into any of the following image sizes:
* 250 x 250 Square
* 200 x 200 Small Square
* 468 x 60 Banner
* 728 x 90 Leaderboard
* 300 x 250 Inline Rectangle
* 336 x 280 Large Rectangle
* 120 x 600 Skyscraper
* 160 x 600 Wide Skyscraper
6.) have the ability of the user to rate the song they heard on a 10pt scale and have the ratings either sent to an email address or better yet put into a simple .txt file or database file that will site on my site www.artistdiscovery.com. Basically, I need to have some way to capture how well people like the songs. So each song that is in the .swf file must be able to be rated by users and the ratings put in some type of file where I can keep track of the ratings. If this will significantly increase the time and cost of the project, then this can be put off until later. I can hold off on this piece if necessary.

I want this to look very very professional. I am open to all ideas. I also would like to see similar work you have done like this if possible.

This is a very simple project which is already half done. I need the other half completed. The script I think will be either XML or RSS. This is a mobile SMS concept that already works. All I need is for the current XML/RSS file to refer to another XML/RSS file. In the second XML/RSS file, I want the user to be able to make a selection from a list of presented restaurants. So currently, the above process takes place in 3 steps. The new code would add another user step — selecting from among a list of restaurants. The fourth step would simply be a numbered or lettered list of restaurants coming up after the “Area of City” selection is made. So after the user selects an Area of the City (eg. 3. Dtown West Loop)the consumer would then receive another sms/text that would present a list of restaurants within that city location (eg. 1,2,3,4,5 or a,b,c,d,etc. with the restaurant name and a description. Once the consumer selects a restaurant from the list the XML/RSS file would then display the resulting deal description/coupon code # for that particular restaurant.

I have attached the relevant files that makes this work now. Attached Files include:
1.) index.cmrl file (this triggers the initial rss/xml file)
2.) example_chicagorest.rss (triggers city area and deal description)

After this is completed, I would assume that there would be a third rss/xml file that is triggered that brings up a numbered or lettered list of restaurants that allows for the all important step of choosing one of the restaurants and then receiving back the final Text/SMS with the deal coupon code.

This will work on any cell phone.

1.) Texts in artistdiscovery rest deals to 368266
2.) Receives back text, then chooses Area of the City (eg. 1,2,etc.)
3.) List of Restaurants texted back, user chooses one (eg. 1,2,3 etc.)
4.) Text sent back to user with final description and coupon code
