Step.1 -> Create filter to extract ONLY Japanese KATAKANA text from Excell spreadsheet.

I have a real estate drupal site, and am using a custom content-type for the property listings.
I would like to give users the opportunity to arrange a viewing of the property via a link on the property node page template.

I would like a page developed that shows a form that if the user is logged in, populates the fields from the user variable, otherwise offers name, email, contact number, and question fields, and also displays a calendar picker, where the user can select times of days that they are available to view the property

There should also be a confirmation form, and a confirmation email sent to both the sender and node author.

Please ask questions, to demonstrate you know what the requirements are.

2. Arrange so I can modify the “added to our catalog” date from the admin menu. (I think this contrib can do that…(not sure…)http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,898)

3. Arrange so I can change the text between “welcome” and featured products on the home page in the admin menu. (I must able to use different size of text and color and must be able to do it for both language)

4. Arrange that people cannot register on those 2 pages (https://secure.khe===opsinternational.ca/catalog/create_account2.php and https://secure.khe===opsinternational.ca/catalog/create_account3.php) If they did’nt enter an email. And if they did’nt enter a company name show them a message saying” You must be a company to buy from us, if you’re an individual and would like to buy retail online, please visit one of our online customer here) with a link.

This shop is live so you will have to make sure everything work during the time you make change.

I want to enable a customer to check shipping prices before they have to enter their payment and address information. This should basically entail moving the “Please Select a Shipping Method!” Page before the Address Entry page in the checkout process and adding a “Shipping Zip Code” Box that will allow us to list all of our enabled shipping methods and their actual costs. The customer would enter their Zip Code into the new field and hit a button called “Check Shipping” and the shipping fields would auto-populate. When the customer hits “Next,” the “Shipping Zip Code” box should then populate the “Zip Code” Field in the Address Entry page.

I’ve attached a .png showing the order I’m talking about to better illustrate my point. Ideally, we could re-arrange the pages from this Administrative page should the store owner ever change his mind about the checkout order process.
