The domain field in our order form, the domain registration automation and the interspire, and cpanel automated creation is what we are looking to get done. Please read every sentence in the procedure carefully. Only serious programmer please.

1) Client goes to the “Order Form”.
2) The “Order Form” will contain a field where they can enter a domain name and it will display
whether the domain name is available or not. (.com, .net, .org, .us, and .info, domains only.)
3) If the domain is available, the client will fill in the rest of the form including full name, address, phone number, etc.
5) After they submit the form, they’re information will be stored in a temporary place and our Jrox manager currently marks
this client as an inactive user.
6)Next the client will be automatically directed to a payment page where they will once again choose either “Alertpay” or “Paypal”
as they’re payment option.
7) Once they pay, an IPN message will be sent to the sale.php file of our Jrox Manager which will cause the user to go from “inactive” to “active”.
8) A custom built script(script.php) will intercept the message before it reaches the sale.php file by changing it in our payment processor IPN options.
9) The script.php file will automatically register the domain the client chose at sign up, it will create they’re cPanel, and auto generate a Email Marketing
Account using the same username, password, email, etc they submitted at sign up.
10) An email will be sent to this user with all a premade email welcoming them to the program along with all of they’re login details and license key details.
11) After all the accounts are created and the email was sent to the user successfully, the script.php will forward the data to sale.php so that jrox manager takes care of the rest.

1) If an account is not paid for for more than 7 days after it’s due date, our Jrox Manager automatically sets them as an inactive user.

2) When the user goes inactive, a custom script2.php will be triggerred which will temporarily suspend the cPanel hosting account, and disable the interspire Email Marketing Account for this user.
3) If the user pays within 10 days of they’re account going inactive, they’re account will go back to normal.
4) If the user does not pay within 10 days of being inactive, all accounts pertaining to this account will be deleted permenantly.
5) If the account is deleted, an email will be automatically sent to a specified email address informing us of the account deletion so we are aware of which domains are active and not active.

For the domain registration we are either going to be using enom or wildwest domains api to do the registering and we want it integrated into this automated system we are looking to get created.

Our client is a company in the medical / health industry that specializes in providing stroke rehabilitation training/education to sufferers of stroke and there caregivers using various media forms such as DVD, Books, etc.

We are looking for an elite photoshop professional to create a highly stylised website design and layout in photoshop ( .psd ) format with a ‘ world class ‘ level of design.

The primary areas of the website design we require are structured as follows :

1 ) Home Page
2 ) Splash Page
3 ) Section Page

As you can see from the attached files we have already created a logo for our client and have established a colour scheme that we are happy with. Other design elements we have established and would like included in the website design are logo, colour scheme, photo’s, statements etc. All are included in the attached files to this post.

The successful photoshop designer for this project must create a unique, detailed and visually stunning website design and be prepared to initially create many different sample designs, ideas & options for us and our client to choose from.

We are looking for someone to translate from French to English a technical health care manual. We are looking to translate the Quebec (Canada) RAMQ Billing and Reconciliation manual from French to English as this government publication is not available in English.

Please note that we are NOT looking for a Babel fish translation as it is hugely inaccurate. We are looking for someone who can competently translate this document for us.

I will be posting this document as soon as I get a copy but it is a fairly large document. For now, please base your bid on 100 pages of French to English Technical translation. Please also let me know if you would be using any type of automated translation and what you will do to ensure the translation is accurate.

For this project, funds would be placed into escrow in advance of the project.

We are in need of an EXPERIENCED Ad poster for Singapore for the following classified sites: 88DB, ST701, Mocca, Gumtree(Singapore), SingaporeExpats & CL(Singapore).

All instructions, ad copy and instructions on the classifieds sites to post on will be provided.

If you are able to post to CL, you should be able to adapt easily to the other classified websites.

We are looking at posting ads in specified categories. The Ads will have to be posted daily, 7 days a week (not all Ads posted at once). As the chosen provider, you must have the ability to achieve these posts without getting ghosted, flagged or blocked.

As a start, we are looking at around 50 posts a day 1 month. We will be providing you with the ads (including images that MUST be posted) to post and the appropriate city and category.

We are looking for bids in the $0.10-$0.20 per post range for successful posts that stick for 24 h.ours or longer.

Anyway I have a joomla template that will need to be modified and changed to look similar to temp agency except there will be no job listings. There will 2 logins. One for the potential employee. They basically will just fill information about their skill level, experience, attach a resume, etc.

The other login will be for employers. This will allow employers to search through employees based on different criteria. Such as skill level, location, etc.

Also another question that needs to be asked do they want to telecommute or be onsite or both? How many hours per week do they want to work? What is there legal status US citizen, H1B status, or greencard. What market do they want to work, what city? My primary goal is to focus in on Chicago, but that might change and I can place anywhere. Also the date that the resume is posted should be posted. The consultants should have a way to mark their status as available or unavailable

I know for the employer to search for keywords there is a technology in which it can search a document altogether to find that as a keyword. I would prefer the resumes to be searched like this other than the other way by keywords because sometimes people don’t put everything into the keywords of the resume, but it’s scattered throughout the resume.

So say they want people for work in Chantilly, VA zip code 20151. They would type in zip code 20151 and then enter the maximum radius they will look for potential clients.

This logo will be used on both office stationery and on the front of a retail shop and company vehicles.

We are looking for 6 different concept to be presented to us and included in the project requirements is that we can come back and ask for one of the designes to be refined further to get the logo perfect.

We are looking for a logo design that is fun and catch’s the eye if you see it on a building or side of a car. The business is a party supply company, so if we can work in with this fitting into the logo that might help?

The name of the business is Groove Party Supplies & Hire.
We would like a bigger forcus on the word Groove in the logo with Party Supplies & Hire text being not as strong focus and maybe is smaller text inlcuded or below the logo?

The project requires attaching a secured databased shopping cart facility to an existing website (written in XSitePro). Site visitors can browse catalogs, view hire & sale items, rent or purchase products. All publicly accessible pages require to be fully SEO optimised.

The program requires to be networkable with levels of admin accessibility and controls. It needs to be fully documented and designed for continuous modification. A number of individual sites (physical locations, multiple work stations) will be accessing the data, which will be specific to that site but stored in a composite table, with appropriate individual security.

The finished program is to be delivered in stages. Each stage is to be fully tested and free of bugs and immediately interlinked with the preceding stage.

The first part will be to produce a fully documented flow chart clearly setting out the process and requirements for each phase of the actual program. Once we have agreed on this, actual programming will commence.

The first workable stage will allow us to perform the following processes: 1. Admin / Upload & edit: Leads (prospects), Clients, Staff, Suppliers, Agents, Hire items, Sales Items. 2. Data entry also from website forms. 3. Produce Booking Agreements (for hire items), Invoices, Payment advices.
4. All data saved to database tables. 5. Payment options: cash, cheque, credit card (Paypal and manual entry with provision for later addition of other merchant facilities), direct deposit into our bank account, wire transfer, etc.

Later stages will allow production of catalogs (printed and web) from stored product graphics and design templates, as well as individual product data sheets, price lists, and a number of specifc reports. We also require a built in double entry accounting package, equipment register and control.

As you can see, this is a large project, and we are looking to you to assist us in creating the final design specifications (the first stage). Your input will be important, but we do know exactly what we want to be able to do and how the finished presentation should look and feel. Our lack is using the correct terms and terminology to provide clear and concise instructions and requirements suitable to ensure a (possible) trouble free work flow.

We currently use a generic hire software package which has many excellent features but lacks the finer enhancements we need. So, we will be able to provide screen captures of specific pages from which we will evolve the finished design.

Your bid can be a total bid for the entire project, or can be split into design and implementation. In either case payment is to be from escrow on receipt and activation of each stage, with the agreed amount paid by us into escrow for each successive stage before that stage commences development.

Upon acceptance we reserve the right at the conclusion of any stage, to either cease or reallocate the further works. All copyright to the finished program must revert to us and we will require signed documentation to secure all rights pertaining to us.

In conclusion, we have already discussed with other interested parties, various collaborations and joint ownership of the finished works. We will consider offers and submissions you may wish to submit, bur require you first bid on the project as set out above.

Community Events Page

Hey guys, we are looking for help with a small but ongoing project. We had previously posted this project, but due to a few roadblocks and life things have been delayed. Nonetheless, we are looking for all input and will very much need to speak on the phone/skype with the winning bidders. We need specific details as to how progress will be shown to us.

We have chosen to have our site built with Joomla, as we enjoy the interface and relative ease of use. We would prefer our site handed over with Joomla and the template we have chosen, but are open to more efficient, easier options. Our template is RocketTheme’s Mixxmag (Jan ’09).

The first phase of the project involves setting up a simple two page website. The first page will be a detailed events page, and the second page a contact page. We will need an instalment of Joomla on our new server, Google apps set up with our domain, the ability to build an email subscription list, and a stable organized RSS feed. We have sketches of the visual outline to the events pages and contact us page. These can be forwarded upon request, and the functionality we require for both pages can be read below.
There are several more pages and items of functionality that will be set up after this is complete. We will need very quick help with our logo and favicon as well.

Functionality required with the Contact Us Page (ask for attached visual interpretation):

1. A contact form placed underneath a block of text.
a. Submitted forms are forwarded to an admin email address setup with Google Apps.
b. Contact form must fit to the visual appearance of the site
c. We are familiar with the component ChronoForms, but are open to suggestion and custom form organizers.

Functionality required with the Events Page:

1. In Phase One, the Events Page will act as the homepage.

We are looking for a Flash Developer to finish a Flash project (2 Flash Banners). A good foundation already there, however we are looking for someone who can better match some graphics and can work with the text on the slides. The attached Word document not only describes the changes we want, but I went to quite a bit of effort to describe to you what I like and what we don’t like.
