I need 18 images and aprox 27 to 30 words on 10 to 12 lines under each image posted on and existing website to update my site.

The images will be jpeged to you at aprox 75res, will be aprox 2x3in
on site but must be inlarged to aprox 3x5in or (slightly larger) when clicked on.

This is based on a very basic design first launched in late 90s, not
interested in bells and whistles at this point.

Also as a side bid can you tell me how much it would be to use metatags and any other forms to make my site more available to
search engines. But also how to qualify the charge is based on some
standard.

Please do not waste eather of our time with beginning programer that
charges by the hour for updating their education.
