We work with various appraisal management companies who order their appraisals online. When an appraisal is ordered, an email is sent to us letting us know that it is available. However it is not just sent to us, but a few other local appraisers as well. The first person to log in to the website and click on “accept” gets the order.
What we are looking for is someone to write an auto-accept program which will be able to monitor the website (instead of the emails) for available orders. Once an order comes up, the program should automatically click on “accept.” The pay for this program can range from $250-400, depending on how quickly it can be done and how efficient it tests to be.

This project’s goal is to develop an integrated e-commerce system into AppraisalGateway.com. The e-commerce system is to be built to handle appraisal orders from clients, create user accounts for clients and appraisers, and have an administrative overview section for editing, updating and reviewing status reports by internal employees.
