I want this project to be subscription based with paypal to allow beauty industry professionals and their client access to set appointments with ease online. Hello, I need to create a custom online appointment system. It will be similar to this great script that is online, http://bpowerhouse.info/doctor-appointment-script.htm , but I need some customizations done to it. For instance, I only need the script installed, none of the other pages that are a part of this code, like the about page etc. Also, I need to have different data for each doctor in the practice so patients can choose who to book their appointment with.

There needs to be an admin area where the office staff can log in and insert the times and days that each doctor is available, like on the example.

There will also be 5 different types of appointments that they can make.

PROCESS
Once the customer chooses the type of appointment, the doctor and then the day and time, they would get a summary of the appointment and a form to fill out their details. Once they submit, they would get an email alert about the appointment and also the office will get one telling them an appointment has been booked.

Its pretty straight forward. There will be an esgrow payment, but only AFTER you can show me a working example of this script ON YOUR OWN server, not mine. I hope that is clear.
