Not quite sure how to do this – would rely on advice. Looking for way to use inexpensive ‘phone with GPS to send via internet location data – (perhaps NMEA) to a remote computer, to interface with google maps or something similar. For use as a tracker security device in a number of vehicles I store in a remote location – don’t want to have to pay monthly fees to tracker company. Choose an appropriate handset and application development language to suit?.

We’d like an experienced iphone app developer to work on a simple iphone application we currently have as an idea.

The concept is simple:

An expanding pair of lungs on the screen (animated image), an audio track which plays during the animation and some words flashing up on the screen.

We have no imagery ready so you will be expected to work on the design process. We will supply audio.

A project spec will supplied which will outline each feature.

Bidders that can show us examples of past work will be giving priority.

A full description of the project is attached as a text file.

You will provide all programming, we will provide any and all images you need.

Visual mock-ups and artwork will be provided upon the winner being chosen.

You will be programming a basic slide-show application. The elements of each slide are: Text 1, Text 2, Image.

When played, each slide will be animated (see document). User will have option of auto-play or swiping from slide to slide (similar to flipping through pictures).

The primary pages will be a home page where all slides are listed, a new slide/edit slide page, and a settings page.

Slides should be stored on the phone in a manner that could be synced to a simple web app in the near future.
