For a number of MC50 mobile computers with Windows Mobile I need a modest barcode scanner application with the following features:

- storage of scanned barcode with date and time
- detection of double barcodes, using an error-sound
- uploading of valid barcodes, scanned code is comapred against this list
- download of scanned codes (in Windows XP)
- possibility of setting a preamble
- setting allowed barcode type(s)
- application must be very easy to use!!!
