I own a golf product and want an app made for iPhones to allow access to my training videos.

I have a picture battle/rating website I would like cloned into a iphone app. The app should be linked to the website so that pictures uploaded on either the app or the site appear on both. I wanted to know if someone could develop an iphone app that cuts/stops the charge once it has reached 100%. Basically i want to preserve the longevity of the iphone battery. Most people charge their phone when they go to sleep but end up over charging the battery. I need an app that will stop the charge(While it still being plugged in) to preserve overall all battery life.
