I have an iphone developer creating an application but I need to have a nice interface created by a designer.

But I am looking to have a steering wheel or truck tire surrounded by seven to ten options.

If you have done interfaces of similar apps before, please show me examples.

We are looking to create a new design for our app “iBookstore”.
The app is live. We would send you a version to work from.

Application designed similar to Apple s iTunes as I am looking to have an application. It needs to be able to have downloaded videos quicktime format and still images that need to be paid for. Essentially I am looking for a very stripped down version of iTunes for both Mac and PC. The most important piece of the puzzle to me is the usability and simplicity to search for videos and to use the application.

Which programming language is best to create an application as opposed to an online website and how cost effectively can I have it created i.e. how inexpensive.Only professional and serious programmers are allow to bid.
