I need an SEO proposal arranged for our website, set up in Canada with the keywords Toronto Apartments, toronto rental apartments.

The website is new, and limited SEO has been done and limited backlinks, articles, blogs if any have been created. There is little if no traffic.

We need natural traffic, we need backlinks ALOT, and we need to set a presence on the internet to boost the website to page 1 at least to the top 4 as per the keyword.

I need the following:

1 – Confirm the best keywords to target.
