Hello, I would like to create a quiz type game for the iPhone. The basic premise of the game is that the player would be presented with a question, and 4 multiple choice answers and must answer the question before time runs out (25 seconds). The faster the user answers the question, the more points they score (based on a scale of 1-100) for correct answers.

This project is for a PHP developer to complete a project which is 90% complete.

We currently have a test/questionniare in our website members area. After the personal questions have been complete at stage 1 and the test questions have been completed at stage 2 the user finds out the results of their test.

All the information on stage 1 and stage 2 is sent to formtools script to store the data.

This project is for a change to how the result is displayed at stage 3. Currently we have the total score and next to it we have a key which tells the user what each score means.

We would like to get rid of the score and replace it with a message depending on what the user has score.

So for example, instead of “You have score 5 out of 12. Please see what this could mean in the table opposite” we would just display “Based on your answers we can see that you are eligible” or “Based on your answers we can see that you are not eligble”

I have successfully installed a yahoo answers script for a project.

The mysql and database is perfect – and all seems to be working ok , except for one problem.

I can see in the code that all the information is there – and what should happen is that the user is notified that a question has been answered etc.. etc… it just will not show – could be an issue with the javscript class functions ?

The script does work great except for this issue.

There are alot of these scripts around so hopefully someone can fix it and then help me develop it.

There will also be more work needed on this site and a few add ons and customisations needed.

I need a PHP file which will contain the following:

- A form
- 7 questions. Each question has 3 radio buttons for answers (Answers are A, B and C)
- A submit button

What the user sees is the 7 questions and possible answers and the submit button.

When the user select the answers for all 7 questions and hits the submit button
instead of the form appears a message:

“Thanks for taking this test. Your points: x”

Points are calculated in the followin way:

All A answers count for 1 point
All B answers count for 2 points
All C answers count for 3 points

(So… the maximum points a user can get is when they select all 7 answers as C. That is 7X3=21)

Form should be validated. All fields required.

Radio buttons are not selected by default.

No DB should be used for this… Flat PHP file needed

The file should be able to be included (PHP) in other PHP files

After the page is refreshed to present the result it should focus on the presented message (Thanks for ………. points: x).

Our company is looking to create a website that offers Airline pilots a testing resource for studying for specific exams online for their written exams and Airline interviews. This website needs to be created to present the test questions in modules with specific questions and answers that will be provided. The test bank will need to be updated frequently so this process needs to be easy for us to update. The website should be a fun interactive website that allows the student to be tested using random test and the results will be given immediately after. The test should also track the wrong answers and allow the person to concentrate and test on the answers that they get wrong. The website needs to be created with 3 test taking modules- ATP Written, Airline Interview Technical Questions and the third is to be determined. The key to all of this is that the platform/module needs to be easy to use, able to imediately grade the test once completed and create random test based on the wrong answers. Each test taker will have their own login they create after completing payment. This is a simple test prep website we are not looking for the extra bells and whistles just a good test preparation website.

-Answers must be original
-No Copied

-Answers should always be a minimum of 5 well written lines!
-You should try to give better answers than the answers already placed for the same question, since different users can place answers for the same question. So If you have to write more than 5 lines please do so but its up to you.

I have an open source questions and answers script. I have done some of my own modifications, but need help finishing it quickly, and want another programer to help me out so I can get my site launched.

ADD: I want it so that when an expert tries to sign up, they are inactive until the admin makes them active.

FIX: lots of small php bugs (admin does not secure backend access- no session cache, other small things like input from one form pushing to another field on a different field, Displaying how many users are online (Guest too), some of the fields do not populate to next area, such as sending private messages do not work)

ADD: the ability for the person asking the question to leave feedback for an expert when giving them a rating (Rating system already in place) This feedback can then be shown on the experts profile.

ADD a .htaccess file to mask the php links, so the site is SEO link friendly.

ADD: In the Admin area, there is no edit area for answers or to view them as an admin.

ADD: Integration of tinymce wysiwyg editor (which would include photos upload within the script)

ADD: When a question is submitted the system displays a “expert” that is online, or if not online, displays an expert with the best rating.

ADD: Currently the system allows for a user to enter a “Bid” price for what they are willing to pay, I want to remove this and have a set price based with a slider that will increase or decrease the price.

I would like a site with admin/moderators, members, and contributors. Members pay a monthly fee through paypal to be able to set up question pages. A question page would simply be a page where contributors can see the question and reply with their answer. Contributors sign up free with a user name and password. Members are able to rate each answer and contributors get points. The top 50 contributors are displayed in the back office of the admin, member and user accounts. Admin can reset the point system at any time.

Members are able to search this database of questions and answers by category and search box. They are able to click on a check box on all the questions they want that would include all the answers. When they are done checking all the questions, they can click on a compile button. When this is done, all the questions along with the answers that were selected show up in a word or text document that includes the question and all the answers that were submitted.

I would also like to include an affiliate program for each member to promote this site and get a percentage of the monthly member fee that’s set by the admin. Their stats should how up in the member area when they log in and the admin needs to get a mass pay file to pay commissions.

I need an expensive small script written. It is a quiz/test or questionnaire script.

I ask users a series of questions and mulitple choice answers that they can chose from. When the user completes the test, they submit their answers and are immediatley provided with their test results. Depending on the answers that the the user selects, they will get the results that I have already written.

I am going to sell or give this script away, so it has to be very easy to configure and install on a website. The script should allow the user to have as many or as few questions and answer options as they want by having a “add another question” option.

I also want their to be a “analyzing your answers” progress bar that shows up while the scripts is analyzing ther users answers.

There are other test/quiz on the market now, I just want one of my own. I can provide examples of other scripts – not to copy but just to see – when I select the right person.

The scripts I have seen are .exe types. Download the program, fill in the information (no programming or special software required). When you are done, you just upload the file to any website and you are ready to go.

User will have questions and answers on a text file. The program will import the questions and answers, and randomize them.

Questions will be multiple choice. The program will throw in 3 random answers found anywhere on the imported text file. See attached screen capture.

User input will be just 1, 2, 3 or 4 keys for answers. No use of the mouse or enter key.

Program then exports all the wrong questions and answers to a text file so they can be isolated and studied again the next day.
