I am looking for a simple php function I can use to do the following

take a directory as the function input and output the filename of an animated gif with all image files in that folder.

so function should work like this..

$animatedgif = animatedgif(‘/home/account/public/images/’,$gifid);

All images should be resized and cropped to 240×180
there should be a delay of 0.4 seconds between frames
animated gif should be stored as $gifid.gif in a seperate folder

Size : 113 x 113 Pixels.
File : Flash or Gif (Max 16 kb.)

-I will supply you with the pics/wording (but I will need you to tweak one photo).

-I need 2 versions (slightly different wording on each one).

Looking for a PHP web based (smarty template would be nice)

banner ad creation tool.
The program would need to have the ability to ad a new gif templates.

The end user would
1. goto the web page
2. select a ad template
3. fill in the text lines that will go on the ad.
4. select a animated effect.
5. click create
This would then produce a banner ad gif with there data and options merged into it.

Template designs that the user could customize with his own copy.

The banner ads need to be 250×72 in dimension and no larger then
9.5KB gif file format.

We need the basic functionality setup. So we can then take that and customize it further to our site.
