Program should consists of the following;
1.) 20 images for the animals
2.) 20 mp3 files of animals sound to be played at the same time as displaying the animals

3.) 6 background images of different colors
4.) 4 additional sparkle effect to be displayed together with the background
5.) images for the program navigation buttons
6.) image file for initial screen title.

Program behavior is as follows;
1.) on program load, all white background
2.) quick fade in random colored background image
3.) fade in title image
4.) display forward button image
5.) one click forward button
6.) quick fade out previous colored background, and at the same time quick fade in random
colored background

Let me try to explain what we want the plugin to do.

The principle is the same as a Twitter widget. You go to twitter.com (or use another utility) to update your Twitter status. You place a widget on your WordPress site that will pull in your Twitter updates. It will display the last 4 updates, or whatever you want it to display (there are many Twitter widgets that do this). The widget pulls in the updates for your Twitter account by requiring you to provide the user name and password for that Twitter account (in other words, you can’t just pull in animals from any Twitter account you want

I’am looking for a vector/cartoon artist doing 15-20 funny vector based clipart of animals. Something similar like those samples from the web:

The style is not so important as long it looks funny.
The work has to be done exclusively for me. All rights on the work have to be transfered with the payment to me.

I currently maintain two horse farm sites (that I designed) on which clients list horses for sale. As it stands, these clients must submit new sales horses to me as part of a typical maintenance program, and I have 1-3 business days to post their new horse (or remove a sold horse, or whatever). Understanding the value of timeliness in this industry, I want to streamline this process for my clients and allow them to add or remove horses instantly, 24/7, without my help… and I would like it to be as simple as it might be to post something on a message board. In other words, they don’t need to know coding or anything to maintain their sales pages. I’m looking for something that looks a bit like the listings at http://www.myhorseforsale.com/. (Scroll down a tad bit to the listings under “Featured Horses For Sale”… this is the type of look I am going for.) Is it possible, and can you do it?
