Allow the user to draw and drag boxes and add text to graphic paper at end of PDF.

I need a site that can auto-complete and fill the forms on sites using SmartPlugs. Demo: http://www.smart-plugs.com/demo_v2/webmaster/submit.php. I do not want to fill out the username, password and select category each site every time I submit, so I would like those values placed in some sort of config file.

You will have to find a way to test this yourself, as I cannot provide all my usernames and passwords, especially after the last guy I worked with was given these and then quit the project.
