I need a forum and recipe script made.

I don’t care if it is a custom script or not… I just need it to be cheap and able to be customized with the design.

Recipe page must have the same functionalities as http://www.allrecipes.com

Cooking And Recipe Website

I need a complete website for cooking and recipes. I want to have the following available to users:
* Search Function
* food categories
* weight loss/diet tips
* book reviews
* shopping (affiliate store)

Would need to have CMS database functional for searching recipes. I want to use Google Adsense. I like a couple websites, use these for examples: cooksrecipes.com and allrecipes.com.
