Previous programmers gave up…. had too much work. need someone good in php, perl and mysql to complete and continue. Need to work with me for instant instructions and directions. The project will be long and continuous but needs to start ASAP. It is a multi level marketing business with website replicators, accounting systems, paypal credit cards procesing and anypay implementation, mailing and communication systems etc. The whole thing was working before but recently we had to change the servers and some codings need to be rewritten. It was written in perl, MySql,php and java so knowledge in all is necessary to unite the program and uniform it…
