Xml And Portal Automation

We have a webform where the customer goes and selects his/her desired subscription. They pay by paypal or ideal (dutch payment method). After this, we need the following to be done.

Old situation:
We receive by mail that someone has purchased a subscription and we manually add them to the database, so it gets activated.

New situation:
After we receive an email from either paypal or ideal, the script should be automaticly triggerd to send a XML message to our database.

We have the script ready, you just have to fix it.

Phpbb3 And Portal Xl 5.0 Theme

Looking for someone that can help me make a template based design for phpbb3 and portal XL 5.0

here is the what I’m looking for in my design overall not exactly but it need to be applied to the system we are using which is PHPBB3 from here and Portal XL 5.0 from http://damysterious.xs4all.nl/portalxl/viewtopic.php?p=438&f=30#p438

Please provide samples.
