Get a Freelance Job

I need a simple video player with a playlist to the right or left that loads videos WITHOUT REDUCING THE QUALITY. the videos (flv’s) are to load from my own server.

I need it working in the fla attached. I already have a video player with playlist, as you can see, but the quality is reduced in the final player and I cannot work out why.

I need a script to upload, convert to flv, and play videos. You will be adding this to an existing site with the following already installed:

5.Mplayer + Mencoder
6.flv2tool + GD Library
7.Libogg + Libvorbis
8.LAME MP3 Encoder

I will also need you to modify my upload settings to ensure that I can upload large files.

I need to add a high quality video player to my site. I am unfamiliar with online videos so I am lenient on these requirements (if there are better alternatives).

I am looking for a player similar to YouTube’s. The project will be straight forward. No database saving, error checking, ect. Just upload to a site folder and play a video. I am running PHP5/Mysql and using valid XHTML.

Project requirements:

1. Upload a video (must be reliable AND capable of video sizes up to 50mb AND hopefully show the upload progress)
2. Convert the video to .flv (possibly some other format if there is a better alternative.
2. Create thumbnail of the video
3. Allow videos to be played on my site and embedded onto other sites (so I need to know the best practices

What is NOT required:

1. Database work
2. File validation
3. Page building (just a simple upload form and the code necessary to play a video)

I don’t need an administrative backend or anything, but it would be nice to integrate a logo as a watermark onto all videos.
