I need someone to grab the website from www.slamuang.com .. I need the flash removed and the menu header changed as it will sit on the new domain:

Therefore I need the completed site in a zip file
I plan to purchase an ecommerce template with either Magento, ZenCart, CreLoaded, or VirtueMart and I need it installed and modified to my specifications. I will choose a template closet to the look that I am going for in the attempt that there will not be a need to do major modifications.
This will be for a fashion accessories site and I will provide all of the images and text content. Looking for asap completion of job and someone with good visual and graphic skills.
