I want the information contained in this graphic converted into a different design (http : //www.guitarfriendly.net/images/fretboard-note-chart.png) – please watch the spaces in around the colon.

That’s pretty much it. I will provide some small amount of text to put on the PDF as well, and I also want a little bit of color coding, but nothing major.

I want the end product as a PDF, but also in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator file format (with layers etc).

1. I have a template file e.g. Template.html
2. In the template file there is 4 sections with brackets
[TITLE]
[KEYWORDS]
[CONTENT]
[PICTURE]
4. I already have a function, which will create a new MySQL entry with these fields “title”,”keywords”,”content”,”picture” once a user clicks a button.
3. Additionaly I like to have a script in php, which takes the values of these 4 arguments from a MySQL DB table, fills it into the placeholder (e.g. [CONTENT]) in the template file and generates a new html file in a specified folder in my webspace.

e.g. root/html/MyTitle.html

4. If one of those values in the DB table gets changed, it should get modified in the appropriate html-file.

5. I need a list of these entries (title,date) integrated into my website (php). It will show the last 10 entries and once a user clicks on one of these entries, it should open the former generated html-page!

6. My system is based on CodeIngnitor framework, so please code with these guidelines in mind.

I need a logo for a brand called Milkkeo

I usually don’t choose designers that don’t show
me a mock up of the logo first and you must use
the code word “Milk” in your reply.

This should be a real easy job for any one who
designs logo’s often and will let me know how they work to hire them for many more big projects in the future.

The brand is for teenagers and young adults clothes (similar to abercrombie, hollister, lacoste)

We need the logo that includes the brand name Milkkeo and a not too detalied figure related to a cow (could be a cow itself or something suggesting cows).

I don’t have a specific preference for logos, just
