Website Analysis Set-up Help

I am looking for someone to help me to set up either Google analytics or help integrate a software package so that I can get a real handle on webpage performance.
Currently we use analytics, but it’s not being done effectively. I want to know what pages are failing etc…currently I am blind to that and can’t see or get a feel to whats works and what does not.
We have fooled around with a small amount of testing…but I know we can do better. I want to get the data in an easy to read daily format.
Please include all experience you have had….and a complete review of what you can provide me….
