Fix Alertpay module Zen Cart

I have the Alertpay module set my Zen cart and it is working fine 90% of the time. I am getting problems with some customers, They complete checkout, get directed to Alertpay, Complete their payment. When they are returned to my store they receive a time out error. In our zen admin, their order then does not show up.

I would like someone who can either fix this issue with the timeout error. Or help me set up Alertpay through the Paypal IPN in zen cart, which I believe can also be done.

Basically I just need to make sure Alertpay is working with zen 100% of the time
