Fix Ajax Problem

Ajax tooltip does not work correctly under IE. It works as it should under FF, Chrome etc. but not IE.

We need a programmer to fix a 7 pages on our site that work perfectly when loaded through a popup window but when the pages are loaded through ajax, forms and other functions stop working. This is a quick fix for a good programmer.
