As we discussed. you will edit the ajax forms on the website (14 forms) so that there is a thankyou.htm page. you will also add some Google and Yahoo tracking code to the <head> of the thankyou.htm page. you will also find the tracking code that the old programmer inserted into the ajax form, and remove it.

Ajax Forms

This is a very simple project for an experienced programmer. All I need is for a programmer to build 3 simple forms with ajax & php so the forms are submitted to the db without refreshing. Very small forms and very simple db structure. If you can complete this, I have more work readily available. Looking to hire someone within the hour and looking to have it completed in 30 minutes to an hour.

Jquery/ajax Forms X 2

Hello all,

I need someone who is very very good with web forms and who knows his/her way around strict xhtml and a css stylesheet.
I require 2 web forms to be created for me. They must be made in PHP and use JQuery and/or Ajax, for validation and use captcha images. When the code is placed into the page it must validate as Strict 1.0, and work and look the same in various browser versions on the page provided e.g. IE6/7/8 FF 1/2/3 etc – if you cannot do this please do not bid. The xhtml page and a stylesheet will be provided so you know the layout of the page; all presentation must be in the stylesheet.

First form is a normal contact form consisting of title (dropdown), full name, and email address; drop down selection for nature of contact, and a textbox/message area. Validation must be presented, i.e. I don’t want someone with an email address of fkdlshfs [-at-]fdsgffd.com – captcha image must be present as well.

Second form is a donation form consisting of title (dropdown), first name, surname, email address; drop down selection for nature of donation, comments field, again Jquery/Ajax must be used with captcha as well.

For both forms I would possibly like to make it as hard as possible for spammers or bots to use the forms as a spamming tool, so any advice to help prevent this would be greatly appreciated. Payment when the work has been carried out satisfactorily and work will be validated using W3C and checked with various browsers.

Budget around $50-$60 possibly more for the right person. Any questions, please feel free to ask in PMB. When bidding please show me links to previous work, as I would be interested to see different kinds.

NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE.
