Me and my partner are trying to get an adult webcam site going, we were using one company but they are really draging their feet. We want a top of the line site similar to myfreecams.com. We have a semi-working adult webcam site. Payment gateway incorporated already, SSL too. I need someone to fix pretty much everything else. Front and back end with full admin. The chat function should look like my#free#camsdotcom (delete #). We want someone who has experience doing this and have done this already. Verifiable references needed. We already have a working website. we would like to have it re-designed, add more features, enhance it in many different ways including backend /admin. Needed: Adult PPV PPM web cam site.
I already have a script for PPV webcams I am seeking an individual to modify the script and change the templates to a more eye catching style.
When completed the script should be able to provide the following functions.
Models side:
Models determine the rates and it is set by administrator.
Models perform in free public mode and can receive tips.
Models can close chat ability to free non registered guests.
Models can do group shows at a reduced rate per customer in group.
Models can do private shows.
Models can record and post videos of their performances that can be viewed on a PPV or PPM basis.
Models have access to stats that provide detailed descriptions of money earned and how the money was earned. (videos, private chat, group chat, tips, voyeurs.)
The idea is to have multiple streams of income that can be generated for the models and the ability to view earnings. An emphasis is placed on the fact that this site is model friendly to retain quality models.
Customer side:
Can view models for free in the free area.
Can register for free.
Can tip models simply by pressing a tip button and then entering the amount of the tip.
Can request a private viewing by pressing a button, or requesting it in chat.
Can schedule a meeting to meet with a particular model in a private setting. (Customer is fined 50 percent of the amount they would have spent on the scheduled meeting for reschedules. 100 percent for no shows.)
Can view videos at either a ppm or ppv rate.
Can view a voyeur page and enter active private chats or group chats at a reduced cost. (In this mode customer cannot interact with model or other customers who are viewing the model.)

Full administration ability.
Needs to be set up on flash web hosting with unlimited bandwith and connections.
Needs to be setup for ccbill.
Half the payment will be submitted when a working model of the program is displayed for me to view.
The other half will be paid upon successful completion of installing website on a flash server and a web hosting site.
A copy of the script will be sent to me with simple to understand installation instructions.
I will retain the rights to this script and any modifications made to it.
Prefer a programmer that is familiar with the web cam business. I have never set up a web cam site before and need some information on exactly how the billing and payment processes work.
