Wp Members Profile Plugin

1. Must be compatible with WP 3.2.X and upwards.

A portal for my distributors to access documents such as literate, brochures and price lists. Each Distributor (GROUP) has several sales persons (USERS), after the User LOGIN, the User is directed to a specific Directory which contains files or content specifically pertaining that distributor.

- Use MySQL Database and PHP
- This application will only have one Administrator. Store the Administrator parameters (Login ID, Password, and Email) in a secure CONFIG file.
- When the Administrator ADDS a USER, that USER is notified by Email of his/her LOGIN ID and PASSWORD and a message. The message template can be stored in the secure CONFIG file.
- the Directory specified for each GROUP will be manually created by the Administrator before creating the GROUP. Contents placed in that Directory will be manually placed by the Administrator.
- After a GROUP is created and a USER associated with that GROUP. the credentials for that USER should be added to that Directory defined in the GROUP so that USER can access that directory securely.
- When a GROUP is DELETED, warn the Administrator if a USER or USERS are associated with the GROUP. Instruct Administrator to delete the USER or USERS before the GROUP can be DELETED.
- Each time a USER logs in, an Email notification should be sent to the Administrator.

Custom Idx And Crm Website Implementation

This project calls for the creation of a custom IDX and CRM website with WordPress integration.

Please visit www.LuxurySarasotaRealEstate.com and www.justinhavre.com to see front ends similar to the front end of this project. I have also attached several screen captures of these websites to display functionality only – again, design will be different. Programmer will be given Photoshop files as templates for the design of the site.

I am not partial to any particular programming language as long as the system works as advertised.

Please DO NOT bid on this project if you are not familiar with or have not worked with IDX data feeds in the past. There will be one milestone payment once the IDX portion of the website is completed. There will be a second milestone payment once the WordPress integration is completed. Final payment will be made after the CRM back end portion of the site is complete.

Attached are jpgs of an existing CRM page similar to what we expect the final product to look like. Some options will be different, some features will be added and the layout/design will be different, but these jpgs should give you an idea of what it will look like.

Administrator should be able to add tags to clients. For instance, administrator could add the tag “Military” to a client and could later search all clients for those with the Military tag.

Administrator should be able to create custom e-mail templates. When looking at client detail page, Administrator should be able to click on an e-mail template and the template should automatically populate with client’s information and send from administrator’s email address.

Sale Tracker
Administrator should be able to fill in information on client sale from a table. Alerts should be sent to Administrator based on certain timed events. For instance, if a certain task is not checked within 7 days, an alert is sent via email to the agent.
Administrator should be able to enter contact information for lenders, inspectors, etc. associated with a client. Once contact info is entered, there should be an option to save this information for use with other clients later. Administrator should also be able to send a template email to these additional contacts.

Client Search Function
Administrator should be able to search through clients using any stored criteria or activities. For instance, administrator should be able to sort clients by how many visits they have made, how many phone calls, etc.

Site should track certain client behavior and complete actions based on this behavior. For instance, if client saves a property as a favorite, the site should send an automated email asking if the client needs additional information on the property (e-mail templates to be provided).

Management
System should have a follow up date option. Automated follow up date should be adjustable by administrator. Date should automatically change on certain events. For instance, if administrator logs a telephone call, the follow up date should automatically advance one day.

System should use automated reverse white page search on phone number and provide any information from this search. Also, if administrator logs a phone call and says he spoke to client the site should automatically change the status of the phone number to verified.

Craigslist Integration
On the back end, administrator should be able to choose a listing from the IDX feed and automatically post a listing to Craigslist (ad template to be provided by administrator).

Client Distribution
Multiple agents should be able to register for the site. Administrator should be able to set criteria for leads to be automatically assigned to various agents. Criteria should include but not be limited to location, price range.

This job will be a monthly employment basis. The candidate must be able to commit 4 to 5 hours daily on weekday to help us on that.

1) data entry to product management system

Membership Directory Website

This is strictly for the page layout of the membership directory segment of the website. At the start of the project the site design will already have been broken out into PHP with a similar design as the example layout given.

Automatic Registration:

Allow the administrator to create the (category) and insert an email address and hit submit to invite users to join the networking group and edit their own profile under that category. If the user does not respond or did not receive the link the first time, the administrator can hit “resend” in the admin panel to resend the invitation link.

Administration Registration:

If the administrator wants to manually add a category and fill in all of the fields themselves, the administrator can fill in all of the fields and then upon publishing of the profile the email on the profile page will receive a link to claim the profile with their own username and password.

After Claiming:

After the user claims the profile, through either option above, they can setup their own customized username and password so that they can edit their own profile at any time. If they forget their password they can request a password reset through email.

Administrator Functions:

The administrator has the ability to pause, delete and add all profiles. Also they will have the ability to override and edit any existing profile.

This project is for a UK market. To fully understand our requirements, please visit www.just-eat.com and attempt to order some food, you can use the postcode M4 4HB. ONCE YOU HAVE VISITED THIS SITE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR, = A REPLICA OF THIS SITE.
The objective is for web visitors to locate take-away restaurants near them using the UK post-code system and place orders online. Visitor enters their postcode and is shown all restaurants within 10mile radius starting with the nearest. The visitor choses the restaurant they want to buy from. They are presented with a ”standard menu” which is the same for each restaurant. They fill theircart, checkout and complete payment online. There should be an option for ”pay on delivery” A copy of the order is delivered electronically to the restaurant, and once this is received, the restaurant sends confirmation of receipt and procecess the order.

Questionnaire Form

We need to automate a questionnaire process currently used for our customers. This project will accomplish this automation by storing the questionnaire information in an easy to access format while tracking and reporting on progress and history with each questionnaire submission.

The attached document is the basis for this form. In addition to each of the form fields, most will have an explanation below the question. There will also be some introduction text to display above the form. This text will be provided prior to completion of the project.

When someone visits this page, they must first enter their email address – this will determine if the form is new or one already in progress. No password is required for this step. If the email address matches a form already in progress, the system should open this form so the visitor can continue where he left off. If it is a new email address, a new form should be created tied to this new user name.

Each time the visitor moves to a new field or attempts to submit the form, the form data should save to the database so they can exit at any time without losing any data.

ALL fields are required. A visitor cannot complete the form 100% without some text present in all fields. Validation should be used to let the visitor know of any blank fields if they attempt to submit an incomplete form.

Notifications:

- Administrator should get a notification via email each time a new questionnaire is started.
- Administrator should get a notification via email with the full form submission text once completed 100%
- Visitor should get a notification upon 100% completion with a message defined in the admin area.

Admin panel:

- Administrator settings – update admin email address(to be used as the login as well) and password. There will only be 1 administrator for this script.
- Administrator can log in and see a list of active form submissions listed by property name and email address along with % of completion. The list should be sortable by property name and date of last activity.
- Administrator should also be able to view a list of completed submissions listed by property name and completion date. These completed submissions should also be stored and linked from this list. The administrator can view and edit the stored, completed submissions. The list should be sortable by property name and by completion date.
- Administrator can view a list of archived submissions. The list should be sortable by property name and by completion date. These can be moved back from the archive list to the completed list but cannot otherwise be edited in this list.
- Administrator can email completed submissions by entering a recipient email address and selecting “send”.
- Administrator can edit the customer notification email described above (under notifications).
- Administrator can move completed submissions to the “archive” list separate from the rest of the completed submissions.

Project requirements:
- The selected programmer can create this script on their own server or ours – we will provide an account with FTP and cpanel access to do so.
- Once testing is completed, the script and database will be migrated to another account. The selected programmer is responsible for making this move and testing after the move is completed. We will provide FTP and cpanel access at this time.
- Both our test account and the final account to host this project is a linux/MySQL server. phpinfo is attached.

We will pay 100% of the project price into escrow at the time the project begins and will pay in the following manner:
-50% of escrow when the script is tested and all functionality verified on the testing account.
-50% once the script is transferred to the live account and all functionality verified.

Secure Private File Share (upload / Download) Script Needed

The script needs to allow a user to login to a web page and view files that have been either uploaded by the administrator or allow the end user to upload files themselves to be shared with the administrator.

The user’s username and password will only allow them to view their predefined files. They must not be able to view others users files or information.

The uploaded files must display the file name, type, size and date and have a link to download the file. The file must also have a text field where notes can be displayed with each file. When a file has been uploaded or downloaded, there must be a function to email the administrator or end user depending upon who modified the file.
The administrator must be able to allow and restrict certain file types and extensions and there must be a file size limit which is predefined by the administrator.

Hot linking of files must not be allowed to happen.

Security is paramount importance and the script must also work on a https secure server.

The script must work under php and mysql.

Student Study Planning System

The project is an user-end software which is an interactive way to maintain and track the students performance on certain course and examination on the basis of calculations between actual time devoted by the students/candidates preparing for certain examination of any course e.g. CA-CPT etc. The administrator must be availed with the features of prescribing the standard time-criteria for study so that if any candidate goes according to that, achieves the goal of preparing, that particular examination. The administrator is provided with the facility of adding courses (with abbreviations), Examinations, paper in examination, chapter of each paper and units to each paper. Also the administrator can fix the examination and the course at the time of writing to disc so that it cannot be changed and the copies can be distributed with the books of the same course and paper only.
While at the Student section student can set its time table on daily routine and can work on the schedule set by the administrator. If he works accordingly and keeps on feeding the data to the software he/she at the end of each day/week or month can view his/her report of performance and preparation status.

I am looking for a real estate script that let the administrator create a catalogue with categories and sub-categories. Properties must be searchable through a classic search form (for location, number of beds, and so on…).

Administrator must have possibility to store, for each property, the details of the owner (these details are not shown in front end). Also, users must be able to sign up to several newsletters, e.g.: newsletter for a particular type of estate, such as Villas or Apartment, so administrator can send targeted emails.

Requirements: Installable with Joomla 1.5

Description: Custom Login Plugin/Component which integrates with standard Joomla Login Module which records full login history log for each user login. Right now, joomla only records the last log in date

Full history to be recorded on each user, so I can see their activity from admin side only.

1. User should NOT be able to see login history
2. Only admin should be able to see INDIVIDUAL login history.
3. The component displays a list of all registered users and when name clicked would show the detailed log.
3. Ability delete login history for individual users
4. Installable component/plugin for Joomla 1.5
5. Component does NOT need to record administrator, super administrator level.
6. Records each user log in (except super administrator or administrator level)
