We are currently working on a email server and email marketing solution for corporates. Mission is to integrate a better and simple Qmail Toaster Administration panel to Insterpire Email Marketer. Basically we are wiling to let our clients to control their own email server and email accounts by themselves.

IEM is working on our own main server. Each clients has their own email server and using it to send emails. We are configuring the QMT server on setup. The default domain, default email accounts and secret passwords would be set by manually.

What we need to add to our software are;

1) Remote control* to QmailToaster Server Settings in IEM.

- Customizing: New tab with options (depends on freelancer’s suggestions) on Edit a User Account, Create User pages.
- Customizing: Max total email accounts to create (limiting the adding new email accounts)

- Details: New settings value for each clients/users to set their server ip address , secret/access, domain name and other informations which are needed to control the QMT. So system can let any client to edit ONLY their own server by IEM. This option would be available only for system admin. By this feature, users can see a menu to control the email server.

*the freelancer also should configure the server side for the remote connection/control.

2) Remote control to edit Email Accounts .

- Customizing: A new menu in IEM to control email accounts.

- Details: with 1st customizing, IEM automatically connect to user’s own email server andretrieve datas. There will be shown in menu called ” Emails Accounts ” on IEM template. Each client can only have one domain name and they can only edit email accounts on it. We need to allow these actions to IEM users ;

+ Basic informations (email server package informations: total accounts, max allowed accounts,ram,hdd, ect.))

The tool should have a client / server model. The client will be installed on monitored machines, and will communicate with the server via POST HTTP requests executed from Internet explorer via COM object calling.

The “server” interface can be a set of php scripts which act as an interface to talk to the “clients”.

Looking to make it easy for clients to edit their websites using some sort of a PHP backend administration panel. Joomla is nice, but far too complicated for most.

Features Include:

- Must have a secure login form for backend.

- Simple enough for someone with very little or no html experience to edit their website. Something along the lines of a WYSIWYG editor.

- Must not be reliant on an MySQL database or any other type of database.

- Hopefully a script that can just be stored in the local directory and will automatically detect the directory and sub directories for easy editing.

I had 3 additional templates I was not using so I un-installed them in Joomla Administration. As soon as I did that, the administration screen has gone blank ( just white ) I cant access administration but accessing front end of site not a problem. Only administration. Anyone can help ?
