Work Order Tracking
Basically this is required for Import and export of goods.
We are looking for a work order system that we can integrate into our website to give us several functions to help with our orders. We can say its a Work Order Portal.
1. Control Panel
This should be a password protected system that would give us the ability to:
-Add/Delete/View/Modify Clients
-Add/Delete/View/Modify Orders
-Add/Delete/View /Modify Admin/Staff
-View/Delete Shipment Request
-View /Respond/Delete Request For Help
The information our agents would enter in order is as follows:
1. Order Id (6 Digit Comp Generated #)
2.Customer Id (7 Digit Com Generated #)
3. Name
4. Company Name
5. Phone
6.Email
7.Pickup Zip
8.Delivery Zip
9.Pickup Date
10.Delivery Date
11.Shipment Description
12.Notes

Regarding (13) – When Admin/Staff is modifying adding orders to the system they should be able to set the shipment status depending on the progress of the order. The choices should be in a drop down menu as follows:
Pending Document(s)
Pending Payment
Pending Assignment
Assigned
In Transit
Delivered
Canceled
Staff/Admin should be able to attach up to 5 files to an order for client to download.
There are 3 separate sets of users needed for the system. Each set should have a separate login screen. For each user the following information should be entered for each user.
1.Admin/Staff – Name
2.Clients – (2,3,4,5,6,12)
3.Carrier – (3,4,5,6,12)
Staff/Admin should also be able to view change each users Login / Password. The computer can automatically generate the Login & Passwords or Admin/Staff can assign them during the account set up process.
2. Client Order Tracking
This should be a password protected system that would give our clients the ability to:
-View Their Order & Order Status
-Select an order and ask as questions or request help.
-Client information (2,3,5) should be visible somewhere on the page when clients are logged into the system.
Fields seen by the client on this screen are as follows:
(1,7,8,11,12,13,14) Reference Above #1
Once the shipment status has been set to [Assigned] by Admin/Staff fields(9 ,10 – Pickup Date, Delivery Date) should become visible.
Admin/Staff should also be able to attach up to 5 files to each shipment for the clients to download.
3. Carrier Request Board
This should be a password protected system with a different set of users. The users of this system should be able to view a list of information as follows:
(1,7,8,11,12,15,16)
The orders that are marked as Pending Assignment by the Admin/Staff are the only orders that should be visible.
There should be a button beside each load the logged in user can click to select the shipment. Once a user selects a shipment the selected load should become visible under the Admin/Staff Control Panel under Shipment Request, The company that requested the shipment information should also be visible to Staff/Admin (4,3,5,6)
Admin/Staff should also be able to set up the email address that a notification goes to once a load has been selected.
We are to receive all rights to this project once complete as well, we do not resale our projects they are used for our company only.
The creator of this project will be expected to install onto and test on our server to ensure the project is running and bug free.
