I would like to add a function to my admin panel.

My website already has admin panel, bowver it is lacking a vital function.

I would like to be able to edit keywords , on header title on index page meta tags, and any other keywords throughtout my site.

I want to be able to do this through my admin panel rather than constantly have to login through ftp to do so.

Its only one function so it shoud not take that much time.

I have an existing admin page and want to modify it with the following changes:

1) Queue Tab
2) View Ad
3) Accepted Tab
4) Rejected Tab
5) Post Tab (save in queue/post immediately/cancel)

I’ve attached a word document with all of the details of the project.

FTP and login information will be provided after I choose the programmer.

Need to add Referral Partner functionality to existing site. Site currently hosted on godaddy with windows shared hosting.

Add a “Partner” link to approx 10 pages.
Link would be a new page that allows new Partners to “sign-up” to become referral partners or sign in to add referrals or see their list of referrals/status once they are active.
Need admin page to review/edit partners. Need to add/edit Partner’s login/password information with ability to send setup confirmation/login info emails to partner.
Once email received, Partners would login and add referrals, and see list of all their referrals and status. All new referral additions generate email to admin.
Need admin page to review/edit/status all referrals
Need admin page to create selected pdf payout invoices by partner based on “sold” referrals by selected date range (based on sold date) listing each sold referral and total amount to be paid using count x payout (commission and/or residual %) setup under partner db.

I run a coaching consultancy with a team of teachers and clients who book one-to-one training sessions.
I need a backend to my website that will accomplish the following:

A database to keep track of client enquiries and a booking system to track history of clients booking sessions.

Clients booking sessions with us are given a log-in to the following booking system which contains;

A passworded page for my clients to log-in to which will allow them to make payments online, track appointments made and how many they have left, recommend friends and receive a free credit, see contact details of their coach and click through to email them, change personal details including password. Password reset has an automatic email confirmation. There is an automatic password reminder email if they forget their log-in.

A passworded page for my teachers which will allow them to see which clients they have and their contact details, how many sessions they have paid for and have left, to input dates of sessions taken by their clients, and to see the whole client history. The ability to send out a standard email payment reminder if their clients fall behind.

A passworded admin page which allows me and my admin staff to view all current clients, their tutors, sessions paid/taken. With the teachers it should automatically list all sessions taken with the rate teachers are paid (this varies). This should automatically generate an invoice for those teachers. We need to able to access a database of all past clients and their history with us. Admin page should also be able to add dates of sessions taken to the system and alter all this information in case of need to make refunds.

We also need to be able to use the database to send out newsletter/promotional emails to different groupings of clients.

Admin page should be able to see password of all clients and teachers.

I can show you some example pages from personal training and pilates sites. Basic design should fit in with our website.

I currently want this to work with Google Checkout and/or Paypal. I already have a Google Checkout account and will set up a Paypal one specifically.

1) Main page will display the following -
For selling of advert space
. One banner on top and One below the page
. Options to add text advertisement on left and right side of the page (similar to google adwords type, just text and hyperlink)
Main page will show six to eight featured products (with image) along with the pricing and monthly payment ($XXX.XX/month) of each item
. when a viewer is interested in a product, they will click on the item and send an inquiry to webmaster

2) Webmaster admin

. the web must be able to calculate the original price and convert the price to $XXX.XX/month (a formula has to be inserted into the admin area for automatic calculation) which will then be displayed along with each individual products we approved inside the admin
. Approve dealer sign ups/decline and create account for new dealers to use Dealer Admin page

3) Dealer Admin
. Dealer can add products, edit, insert price, description, year of product, submit images (up to 10 photos max) for each unit of the product, a drop-down menu to select In-stock / Pending / Sold.
. a Summary page of all products the dealer have submitted with Radio Button to select options of products status (in-stock / pending / sold), display price of item and $XXX.XX/month
. Each time the dealer login, they should end up at the Summary page to review the status of all the products (Summary page as default page after login)
. Once an item is selected as sold, the item will be stored as Archive items and should not show up in the search items at the main page.

This bid is for a real estate search engine similar to Enormo.com, combined with a social network.

Here are the components of the project:

Property Listings:
Listings will come from our current db, Multiple Listing Feed, Foreclosure Feed, Google Base API, Oodle API, Nestoria API, Ebay API, Feeds from advertisers, Scanning other real estate sites on demand.

The current database must be imported and matched to the new database.

There will be some conditions & restrictions on API listings.
MLS listings will appear at the top of search results, then land.net db listings, then others. Google Maps will be used to show location of properties in search results. Search results pages will show a Google map with location of properties.

Listing detail pages will show description, images, Google map and have lead capture form. Leads will be sent to advertisers and be accessible on their admin page.

Unregistered users will be able to save viewed listings to temporary watch list. Registered members will be able to save viewed listings to permanent watch list.

Registered members will receive email updates when listing matching there wants appear in the database

Social Network:
Simple social network tied in with listings. Each member should be able to Post a short profile, Post photos, Post embedded videos from YouTube, Display their listings, Display their want list, Network with other members, Create & Join Groups, Post Blog

Member Admin Page:
Each member will have an admin page where he will be able to edit his Profile, Property Listings, Want List, Watch List, Referrals, Friends, Groups, Photos, Videos.

Main Admin Page:
Admin page to edit, delete, upload listings, edit & delete members, edit banner ads.
