I am looking to get a simple project going. I have a website that is not live yet. It is a penpal site for inmates.
I need the following:

I need to get a link added to my Inmate Profile Listings (thats not the part I really need help with).. When they click on it I want it to check a table (mysql) to see if they have writes to “send message”.

If they have don’t have that right or not logged in, I want it to show something about you need to purchase that membership package…etc..

If they do have that right, I need it needs to go to a form. Simple form that would grab the the inmate name, facility address, city, state, zip from a table (from the profile that they just were just viewing) and post it to the form (unchangeable). On that form would also be a spot for their name, address, city, state, zip, and a message box. We would need to put some type of limit to that message field. Then a submit button and it would be entered to the mysql database, emailed to their email address, and copy to me.

One other thing, I want to limit each user to be limited to one letter per day. If they have already sent one letter, it will tell them they are limited to one per day. They would get that before they type the whole letter out. During the first verification maybe.

I would need a screen where I can go to where I can view the information, in the table, from the form. And one extra table field “printed” that I can change so that I can verify that I printed and sent the letter.

In otherwords, I want people that purchased a special right (site already does this part) to be able to send snail mail letters to the inmate (limit one per day). I’ll print out the email and mail it to the inmate. The form that goes to the database would be a backup incase the email doesn’t go through or something.

I am open to ideas on other ways of doing this.

I need following small fixes and changes on my site but this needs to be done by an experienced programmer who doesnt mess up anything on my site:

1) Changing width of left and right boxes in the “My Account page”: the boxes with different features are too wide, I need this to be changed. The boxes on the right can be at least 150 px narrower.

2) There is some issues with profile pictures: Uploading a profile picture while joining is no problem but when a member wants to change the profile pic afterwards he/she can successfully upload another profile pic but this pic is nowhere to be found. Members have tried everything to locate their new picture but it just disappears somewhere.

3) This leads to another issue: “Gallery” feature: members can create their own albums and upload images into that album but when clicking on “Gallery” under profile pic it only displays the profile pic instead of the images in the album. Currently the only way to view the album is to scroll down to “My Albums” on a members profile page.

4) Banners: I need my banners (animated and static) to be uploaded to my “Promote our Site” page and I need html code under each banner so members can use that code on any website

5)Notifications: Notifications is currently not working for some reason. I want a notification email sent out to a member every time someone else adds a comment to their profile, makes a friend request, adds a comment to their blog post or pictures in album, adds them to a group, adds a comment to an event, subscribes to a members blogs, sends a message on the site to another member or adds a journal post.

6) Email Verifcation after Sign up doesnt seem to work. Even though it says that new members must verify their email before being able to sign in, it doesnt work. They can still sign in after joining without verification and therefore can add fake email addresses.

7) This leads to another thing: I want a member to verify their email address if they CHANGE it after logging in. A small sentence must be added that states they must verify the email address if they change it.

Home Page: center area is for Site news which I can add through admin. However, it wont display any images or font changes I add through admin. I see it in admin but not on home page. I want to be able to fully utilize the WYSIWYG editor and it must be visible on home page.

9) When viewing a members blog 2nd navbar is missing(?) and bottom right corner must say “Powered by my site” instead of the software.

10) When clicking on “Answers” from 2nd Navbar “Latest Questions” should be displayed instead my promo text. I also want all questions bigger font size.

11) Link Fix: In the “Communications” Menue there is a link that says “Message Board” this link must be renamed to “Forums” and must redirect to the phpbb forum instead of the softwares default forum.

Ok this is not all work I need to have done on my site but its the basics. I know most of them are fixable within minutes so I will only pay attention to resonable bids.

If its a good programmer and I am 100% satisfied I will hire him/her for more and/or bigger project.

If you are at the main page, and click on the category button, you can see subcategories (amateurs etc). If you click on the subcategory, you can see all videos of just on subcategory (i.e. amateurs). On the right sight you will notice an add banner.

What I need is that whenever a users is in the subcategory, that I can serve subcategory specif adds. So I want to be able to server adds for teens, some for celebrities etc.

There must be the ability to change adds when required, as advertisers change frequently.

I am look for a clean integration with the existing advertising solution of of the script (please look at admin section). Don’t want quick fix hack.

when the work order is submitted it already adds info to pulling_herbs table but i over looked that we also need it to add info to the pulling table. So when the work order is created we need the following added to the pulling table:
id – auto incremented
work_order_id – the id from work_order table
product – should enter the id from the product table.
and the rest of the fields can be left blank and will be filled out when pulling is finished so you don’t have to worry about them only these 3 fields.

As i said earlier the script already adds info to pulling_herbs but i need it to add a few more
pulling_id – the id that was created above from pulling table
herb – should actually be id from the product table.
vendor – this enters the vendor name but we actually need it to be the id from the vendor table.
the rest of the info it already adds and is great.
