I need a new menu added to my joomla site. In terms of functionality, I need to be able to add menu options to this menu via the “menus” drop down of the admin area.

Hi, I have had a plugin built and there are a couple of functions that are not operating properly.
Here are the modifications and edits:
1: One function of the plugin is that it automatically creates 9 pages however its also adding them to the menu and I need this to be fixed keeping the pages hidden in any menus.
2: I also have one simple download link not working.
3: I also need to change the authors name and link to authors site.
4: The Autoresponder needs to be programed to use the persons name in response, eg:
5: Instructions added to the menu and some instructions added to the set up page
6: A shortcode icon added to the menu to add the shortcode to a page or post
