Manually Add Analytics Code

The analytics ecommerce code for some reason does not work with magento shopping cart. It doesnt track all sales and orders and I’m not sure why. We need to disable magento’s built in google analytics and manually add it to our shopping cart. We need it to accurately count sales and products ordered.
