I have started a simulation of an iphone and need it to be completed using similar methods of action script and fully noted. things to be completed are such as opening and closing menu’s, viewing images(in sliding iphone fashion), using maps, sound and a keyboard to use in the message menu.

We use a flash application so that users to our site can create their own personalized item, such as t-shirts, mugs, etc…. Once the customer has purchased the item, we then print it. Our application will load the data and then print it to vector format. Unfortunately, the filter effects, such as drop shadows or outlines to text and images, are not printing. I need someone fluent in actionscript to view and correct a code snippet for me that will accomplish the end results that we need.

i’d like to have a button created in flash. This button will do 2 things:
1. if you click on it for the first time, it will pop up a box that will have a form in it. this form will ask for Fist name, Last name and email address. This form will submit those information as cookies.

2. if you click on it for the second time and you haven’t clear you cookies, this button will be a submit button. it will have the stored information as hidden fields, that would pre-populate the fields, so if somebody clicks on it, it’ll give them new box, that would say. Thank you. We’ve got it. Please check your email for download instructions.

So to make it simple: if there are no cookies stored, it’ll be as a form that stores the data into cookies, if there are cookies, it will pre-populate the hidden fields (first name, last name and email) and submits the form after clicking on it.

Our original works flash file perfectly but we had to take out reference to a past year (2009) and change it to 20011. It now works perfectly except right at the end it doesn’t display the words from the db correctly. It misses some letters out e.g.
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz will be exactly like this is the mysql db but when displayed via actionscript it reads

I am looking for a flash designer who currently does NOT have any other work to do, as I need for that person to focus on my work, as it HAS to be done and completed today. I have the source file, which is needs slight work done on it. Work includes:

- Text positioning, locking, centralising.
- Effect/Timing correction.
- Re-order of a ‘Flash Intro’ to the website to be moved to a different part of the site.

Have a flash player that will collect data via an API currently there is a remoteing component in 2.0 that needs to be converted in 3.0 and must communicate with JAVA. We have sample JAVA code to follow but need someone immediately as we have less than 24 hours to program and implement.

I’m developing a prototype of a project, done in Flex/ActionScript and running in AIR on desktop computers. I’m getting stuck in a couple of places, and would rather hire somebody smart than spend days figuring it out.

A part of my application requires the use of some kind of TLF textbox so that I can format each line. I’m not married to using a TextFlow controller, but I am right now because it can be a child of a regular MovieClip or UIMovieClip. My point is mainly that I need to be able to style the text.

So I either need help with getting this controller to behave, or I need help on how to create RichEditableText instances dynamically and in ActionScript. The data pulled from a database at runtime, so I can’t simply make MXML code, which would be a lot easier. But I’ve basically given up on getting a RichEditableText to be a child of a MovieClip or UIMovieClip.

So the point is that I need help on solving some specific issues. You don’t need to code beyond the demo level. I’m not specific about which exact AS3/Flex technology is used, as long as I can style text per-paragraph and add Bold/Italic to the text on a word by word basis, as well as change the color of parts of the text.

So right now, with the TextFlow controller, I have these problems:

1.) I can’t make it auto-size. The parent MovieClip has a window-type box on a graphics layer, and I need to resize this graphics layer to the content of the TextFlow.

2.) I can’t get text selection to work, or to render, I don’t know which. Perhaps the Controller doesn’t have Focus, but I can’t figure out how to do that either.

3.) I need to be able to monitor keyboard events, so that Tab changes something about the paragraph style. This is typical for a text-editor in my industry, so however illogical that might be on an ActionScript context, I have to.

There are a few more things that, if you know the answer to the questions above, should be easy enough.

If you’re super-talented, there may be other work for you on this project, as long as you understand that right now, it’s a prototype, so I’m paying for it myself, so I don’t have a million dollars to pull from. But this is an important project to me, and I’ll be happy to pay for expertize, and some coding as well. But mostly expertize. I’m a decent coder myself, but I’m a bit overwhelmed with the whole Flex/ActionScript situation.

I am looking for someone to write a simple game application in flash.

It should be written – from scratch – in ActionScript 3, using only one file (the .fla itself) and be compatible with CS3.

The game itself is very basic, a square grid of squares, each with 5 possible states, are changed in rows or individually until they are all equal and in a certain state. The game is lost when 50% of the squares are the highest or lowest of the 5 states. “Levels” advance by score and simply change the number of squares in the grid (3-8).

I have a Flash project but you don’t need to do any animation. I will provide you with a Flash Animation File. You will need to create a deeplinking inside the keyframes.The main purpose of the Deeplinking is so we can have a unique URL to jump into different section of the Animation. Modifications to flash file made in actionscript 3

I have two flash files that I need simple modifications to. Below you’ll find the .swf files. There is a arrow at the bottom lefthand side of the window that advances the user through our full program. After making some amendments to the functionality of these two files, the arrow has been disabled. It could be a matter of ActionScript or PHP, as the rogram utilizes a lot of both languages.

I’m looking for someone located in the United States preferably that can solve these issues for me.

I have a website with a flash intro and the main part of the site is flash also.

If an old version of Flash is used to view the site, parts of it are not rendered correctly. I think this is because of the ActionScript that was used.

I do not want any modifications made to the existing Flash. I want you to determine exactly which version of Flash viewer is required to render the swf’s properly, then implement a script to require at least that version of flash ready to view the site.

If an older version of Flash viewer is installed, it should redirect to a different page that asks the viewer to upgrade. You will need to make the upgrade page with proper links to download the newer version. The upgrade page needs to look nice.

This needs to be accurate and I need to get it done fast.

Let me know what benefit your method has over other methods.

We have a Flash slideshow script which has a little bug in it.

As you can see, the slideshow is about 1 minute, and consists of 10 images, before the form pops up at the end.

The bug is at the end, near the 50 second mark. Instead of showing images 9 and 10 normally (like the other images), the Flash seems to “freeze” at image 9, then the form pops up just as image 10 starts to appear. On some browsers, the “freeze” can be as long as 30 seconds.

We are not certain whether this bug is due to an error by the last developer who worked on it, or if it might be related to some kind of Flash upgrade.

So, we basically just need this bug fixed.

Finally, two quick points:

1.) All work done as part of this project will belong to the buyer, and the programmer we work with will be required to sign and return an NDA.
