User only needs to inter start and end time and the rest of the cells should populate automatically. Two of the shifts have special hours that need to be separated into their own cell. The website that I need programmed is a directory. Each business that signs up will receive their own profile that will allow them to post valid information concerning their business, photos, and the ability to continue to stay in touch with their current clientele. Ideally salon owners will use this website as a tool to improve and enhance their current business and a way to attract new clients. I would like for the public to use my website as a valuable resource to find salons in their area and learn beneficial information concerning their hair. The site must be able to be updated daily by a non programmer without being taken down for maintenance. Users of the website must be able to update their profiles on a regular basis as well. Each profile holder must also be able to receive messages.

I have about 15 excel files I use every week for the delivery runs, they have locations and delivery amounts for each week for each drivers about 12 drivers, every week I have to print new forms for them with new amounts. Every week I need to change several locations (add/delete)and some of the delivery numbers.
Each week I have to record what they actually delivered and what they picked up as returns. I have to run reports on products they delivered and locations by products and amount they brought back. I am doing this to make my life easier, right now I just change the dates and make few changes push print for new run sheets. I add their returns to old sheet and linked to the excel file for the reports. Running reports for each products takes me the longest by zip or by product. Specific Needs: From a folder of an undisclosed # of txt files; Import 3 txt files at a time to a Excel worksheet that have a matching strings “Run#1″, “Run#2″, “Run#3″, etc. while disguarding “Run#” that don’t have all 3 to match. TXT include 2 columns of data each with the number of inputs completely independant of the other txt files.
Then importing the next numerical RUN# to the next worksheet in the workbook while naming the new worksheet the same name as the Run#.

I have 2 Excel spreadsheets. The first is a master sheet, the second is updated with info daily and I need to pull 4 fields from it into the first with a bit of error checking. There is a unique identifier that is common between the two sheets so it should be relatively easy to do.
Alternatively I would accept an Access or PHP solution, but the end result has to be an Excel spreadsheet.

Update current data using Microsoft Access. Edit/Delete data by verifying data online. Mostly copy and paste.
About 500 entry to start with.
access program to keep track of towels assigned to unit owners at pool
and check them back in at end of day. we are using a serial numbered upc code on each towel. then a upc reader perhaps wi fi or stationary unit to check them in. at the end of day generate report of towels not returned and perhaps automate a notice in ms word to notify the unit owner to return towel.
if this works then another project to reserve lounges on the pool deck.
