I have attached the project please provide comments when writing i pay only with escrow and i have the escrow ready to be set up my budget is limited so please keep that in mind when bidding and please bid soon. also the project can not be done with a designer it must be typed though auto complete programs such as crimsion editor and those are fine.i do prefer it is not done as a project such as if you use netbeans.

Note: this is not an urgent project, I can wait to have lower bids.

I have an existing custom site+design created for WordPress review example site o-v-b-o-t.com just remove”-”, and now I’m having high server load due to high traffic and WP custom site was bad idea. Even word press cache is not working for me.

I’m looking for developer to write me a custom script that will have same functions in admin plus same design of my site. Script must be optimized to work on high traffic site.

These are the functions in admin section.
1st Adding the logo site: Add a logo, title, description, url and have either “save” button or “post” button. And the logo/image ALT will be same as title name.

2nd Featuring the logo site: Have option to feature specific site and control placement. For example second row on the third spot or fifth row on 1st spot.

3rd Disable/Remove: Have option to disable or remove specific logo/site or turn off featured spot.

4th Ads: To control ads just meaning edit size and paste html code to display ads.

4th: Have comments, rating and views.

Before placing bid,
1st Please PM me and let me know what would be your plan on creating this script, and what open source code you are going to use or implement, etc.

2nd Must show me portfolio and please none of those facebook or clone sites that you had develop for somebody, I don’t fall for that.

3rd must have good ratings, I will review your past ratings and check the amount and projects you had done.

4th there will be no down payment or escrow on the beginning, meaning you must provide me with demo script from your site or IP server to make sure everything works the way I need before getting any payments.
If you are fully confident developer who know that will be able to complete the project per request then this is who I’m looking for.

I am in need of a script that will automatically do keyword research for keywords that I select. What I would like this script to do is allow me to input a batch of keywords and this script go out to Google and return results for 3 different queries per keyword. I want it to search these 3 things:
1. In google.com, I want it to tell me the # of results of the keyword as a phrase match (type “KEYWORD” in search box and tell me total # of results from top right corner). It should then assign this metric a score of (results X .2) to be added together with other scores in 4th column of spreadsheet results.
2. In google.com, I want it to also tell me the # of results for allintitle (type allintitle:”KEYWORD” in search box and tell me the total # of results from top right corner). It should then assign this metric a score of (results X .5) to be added together with other scores in 4th column of spreadsheet results.
3. In google.com/insights/search I want it to search for each keyword and return to me the # associated with each term (type keyword in the search box and tell me the # associated with that search), which requires you to be logged in to a google account, so the script will need that capability (some type of ability for user to login to google 1st before running script). It should then assign this metric a score of (results X .3) to be added together with other scores in 4th column of spreadsheet results.

Once the script has run these queries, I would like it to compile the data in a spreadsheet so that I can see it in excel, and I would like it to assign a score to each keyword as shown above and added together in the 4th column of the spreadsheet. I dont know anything about programming, so it is up to you to tell me what language you will program this in. I would prefer a desktop application, but if a web-based application is cheaper, that is fine as well. Please let me know if you have any questions…
