I just want a very basic site that you can upload pictures to from any mobile phone or manually from a computer, and the picture will appear on the website and then be able to vote on those pictures. The pictures need to be able to have a caption to them as well that the person who sends them in can create.
As far as the functions of the site, I would like them to be identical to ‘www. mylifeisaverage.com’ On this website anyone can upload text and then people vote on it, I want this same function except I want to be able to upload pictures via mobile phones and manually through any users computer. I have a Vista Widget which I have started building but I do not have time to finish it.
The last part that needs to be done is downloading from an external XML feed a thumbnail location and displaying it on the widget.
I have example AJAX code I have been using to try to do this.. but without success (yet). I only played around for a couple hrs .. but someone with experience in this area could probably knock it out within a few hrs. All images are done. All the other files including manifest have been completed. Just need this last part completed..

BUG:
Table is falling apart and images are not aligned. The table loads fine in its own html file. The problem only occurs when I insert that table into my html document. This problem originally occurred in IE8, Safari and Firefox. But then I called the table into the html using an <iframe> and it fixed the bug for Firefox and Safari but the bug still occurs in IE8.
Could the CSS of the main site be contaminating the iframe? Or is my table bad? You can see the file here:

You should have everything you need there. You should find the iframe path in the html and the CSS will be easy to find if you have the right tools, I think you do.

I have a video streaming website (Custom made, NOT those commercial scripts you can buy or download) and lately, the users are complaining that videos have sounds issues. The first 10 minutes of the video is fine but then after the voice gradually does not match the video itself. Basically someone talks in the video and then 5 seconds later the voice plays. So there is a BIG gap between the video and sound. I need someone thats good with PHP/LINUX/SSH/ADOBE FMS server to troubleshoot this.
Some interesting things to know about this issue.
1. When the video and sound do not match anymore, I can skip the video a little bit and it will fix itself for like 5 mins and start to gradually not match again.
2. I downloaded a video that has the problem and played it with VLC and windows media player and it DOES NOT have this issue at all. Only when it streams from the website it has this problem.
Please know what your doing before bidding. I need this fixed ASAP.
