I need some modifications to my X-cart Pro site.
1. ADVANCED SEARCH MODULE… This module allows users to find products according to some parameters like “sex”, “occasions”, “price range”, etc. So, in the admin product page, we need to add those parameters, so everytime we upload a new product, we can select, eg. For: Women, Ocasions: Birthdays, Wedding, (so users can later find it with this reference).
2. SLIDESHOW. We have a module that creates a slideshow, but the text and image should be uploaded manually or via FTP. I need somehow to be able to upload this image and text from the X-cart admin itself.
3. OFFERS MODULE… We need to be able to set some products in offer, with a deadline date. For example, if you see “Vino tinto”, you will see that this special price ($550) will end up in 2 days. After 2 days, they price should change back to the Regular price ($700). In the product page, we should have a “Special until” and a calendar or dropdowns with expiration date. A module as in the attached image should appear in the homepage.
4. GIFT OF THE DAY. This will be a module, displaying a random product that changes everyday.
5. PRICE SLIDER:
This will be a module with a slider, so people can filter their search with a “from” “to” price. This module should appear only in category pages.
6. WISHLIST:
We need to add a “Priority” to the default X-cart wishlist. So every product in a wishlist should have a dropdown with a priority from 1 to 5, and a filter to allow friends -for example- to know what products are more wanted by the wishlist owner. Also we need a “Share my wishlist on Facebook and Twitter” buttons. This basically will post in an user’s wall some text like “Look the gifts that I want on detalles.com.do (link), and a small thumbnail of one of the products. Facebook has an app to allow this behavior.
7. PROVIDERS DIRECTORY: We need a page showing an alphabetical list of providers and a search textbox.
